great and easy

Broward Insulation did a great job on my rental properties. They put in insulation and it was quick, easy, efficient, they cleaned up after themselves, were on time and I haven't had any complaints from the tenets. I had some difficulties with them on my home. I have a few turbines up in my attic because of dual washer and dryers in my home. I asked them not to disconnect the turbine and fans because it can ruin the motor to my dryers. They disconnected it anyways and it took 2 months to figure it out. It took me getting an electrician to come out to fix the turbine. I offered to do the duct work during the winter because of the heat but the owner insisted that they could do it. I asked that they vent the A/C back to my bedroom which was 150 feet but the worker/son ended up venting everything through to my closet. I asked them to redo it so that it would vent air into my closet as well as my bedroom and they said that it was too hot to get into the attic and would put a doughnut around it to do a small fix. It took some arguing with the owner/father to get it fixed but they eventually vented it. I'm still not sure if it is properly vented or if they fixed it with the doughnut but I plan on checking it once the temperature goes down but I am getting air to my bedroom properly. I would use them again on the rental properties but not on my home.

The company reps are, as reflected in Angie's List, very, very responsive to calls. I travel a lot, and weekends about the only time I have to take care of quotes and service work. Although they don't work on Sundays, they offered to come out on a Sunday afternoon to look at the job and provide a quote. Scheduling was easy and the company called in the am to tell me the crew was on the way and then the crew called to tell me a precise time of their arrival. The two man crew were polite and professional. During the work they kept the area tidy, and they cleaned up after the job was done.

Very good. I received an estimate from the owner, who is very nice and friendly. After thinking about it for a while I made the order. They arrived roughly on time, calling me on their way to let me know. The work was done very fast, and in good quality. I did not have any leaks since then (almost a year), which was my main concern. The fans they installed are saving us money and energy, and I will use them again for insulation. The only drawback is their paperwork and back office which tend to take longer than expected. But overall is very good.

On time, good price, one of the only contractors to return my phone call, the only contractor to show for estimate when scheduled.

Great. This company is just A+ as far as I'm concerned from estimate to completion of work. They first installed the new ducts on the first day and blew in the insulation on the second. Since some areas were not accessible for the insulation, they coated the roof surfaces over those areas with a product that provides insulation with a small additional cost. Very good people!

Great company to work with. They were timely and went above and beyond - filling in some areas that didn't have sufficient insulation. Gave me some tips on saving money with the vent covers. They realize your business is important (isn't that refreshing!) Overall a great experience.

I got their information here in Angie's list. Thinking that I was going to get their answering machine, on Sunday July the 26th, I called to and was prepared to leave a message in order to schedule an appointment for an estimate, to my surprise, I actually spoke to one of the owners, she told me that her husband will be coming by noon, I received a call 30 minutes before, I met with the owner, he gave a complete explanation of the work, he quote me a fair price, the work was scheduled for the following Wednesday the 26th at 7:30am, their workers showed up on time, were very professional, they went about their business, and finished the work within two hours. I would definitely recommend this company, would also use them again.

They arrived on time and performed the work. They cleaned up afterwards so I had no extra work to do.

The owner came out for the estimate. I called back the next day to accept the offer for duct work replacement, and the very next day the owners sons came out to do the work. They were professional, courteous, and clean. They did the work efficiently, and they were very clear explaining what was going on at each step of the way.

Representative, Jeremiah, returned call promptly and came same day to evaluate and provide cost. Arrived on time day of service and completed without problems. I am satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to use them again.

We had used this company a long time ago and knew they were very reliable and more than able to help us. The attic we have is kind of a crawl space attic and it isn t all that easy to get into. They were able to maneuver the machine to completely cover the perimeter and did it with ease. They are very professional and we will use them again.

Someone came out to inspect the roof for evidence of moldy insulation (none found) and provided an estimate the same day to add additional insulation. The quote was accepted and the installation date was confirmed during the same session. Two gentlemen appeared at the scheduled time and worked for 2-3 hours blowing in insulation to an R-44 level. The guys worked consistently, did not take any breaks and were very polite and professional during the entire process. I was asked whether or not I wanted the garage included in the process (no insulation existed in that area). They explained to pros, cons and possible savings. I decided to have the garage brought to same level since considerable time is spent working in that space and it connects directly to the house (extra $200). I paid by check and was given a receipt as proof of payment.

THEY CAME OUT ON TIME AND DID TERRIFIC WORK. THIS COMPANY DEFINITELY MET ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, AND ABOVE ALL, VERY HARD WORKERS.
