+ -1 moreI had used brian's movers in the past for a few moves, so I decided to use him for my move up state from south florida to north florida. he quoted me a fair price and showed up right on time 8:00 in am. his guys loaded the truck very organized and quickly. he said they would meet me at my new house the next day about 400 miles up state about noon time and they were there right at noon. they unloaded everything and set up the beds and the washer and dryer without my even asking. when it came time to pay, the price was exactly what I was quoted. I was so pleased I even gave his guys a tip for doing such a great job. I had no problems with anything at all. I would recommend brian's movers to anyone without a question. he has always come through 100%.
Description of Work: I used brian's movers to move me up state from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom house. because I had used him in the past for a few moves, he said he would do this even though it was out of his area.

+ -1 moreHORRIBLE service! HORRIBLE company! HORRIBLE experience! HORRIBLE customer service! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! BEWARE! They showed up hours late (should have been my first clue), disappeared with my furniture for hours and proceeded to charge me for the time THEN took a lunch break. Refused to release my stuff until paid. When tried to complain to owner I was hung up on quite a few different occasions.
