Bluewater Pool Remodeling/Repair & Leak Detection

We are extremely satisfied and in love with our remodeled patio and pool resurfacing. Kevin and his crew were extremely professional and perform quality work.

My wife and I bought a home in Lighthouse Point Florida and we were in major need of a pool remodel. We were excited to have a pool but we didn’t realize how bad in shape it was until we moved in. We quickly found out of cracks and holes in the foundation and we were adding additional water twice a week. We were also having faulty skimmers and light issues. We now had to do something about it and ended up calling 7 or 8 companies to come over to evaluate and give quotes. Each company was highly rated on Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, BBB, Angie’s list etc..in our area. The only company that sent a knowledgeable, informative and honest person(Kevin) and to add a more than reasonable quote than others was BlueWater Pools. My wife and I both agreed that this seemed to be the most “got their stuff together” company we had met with. We then hired Bluewater and were not disappointed. The professionalism and work ethic of each Bluewater employee exceeded all expectations. Our pool is now done. It looks beautiful and no more leaks. New Coping, Diamond Brite, Skimmers, lights and tile. All pool plumbing, motors were checked and verified for any and all loss of water pressure .My wife and I are extremely happy and just want to say a special thank you to you all. This company doesn’t skip or miss any step in checking your pools issues and makes sure you’re 100% completely satisfied. Brian was familiar with this dinosaur pump and quickly checked a few things. He found the problem with a leaky valve I had not noticed and plugged it. Problem Solved. I had to bring up the subject of a new pump and all I got from Brian were straight answers that I understood and no heavy sales pitch. I will call Bluewater Pools for any problem or question in the future and I have no reason to doubt that Brian wouldn't be as competent and courteous with any customer as he was with me.

Everyone who managed every step was incredible to work with AND extremely proficient in their expert areas of service. From negotiations on the bid to the final "amen" it was a good experience. Kevin came out to give us an estimate on a new pool heater installation. He was really nice and answered my questions. Since this is our first time owning a pool. We had our new heater installed yesterday, which was quicker than I thought it was going to be done. The gentleman that came out to install the heater was also very nice and informative. He went out of his way to answer more questions. So far the unit is working great. I am definitely using them again and recommend their services.

The coping around my elderly father's pool was in disrepair, but the rest of his deck was in fine condition, although the tile itself is no longer considered "fashionable" in S. Florida. Understandably, my father didn't want to remodel the entire deck just to repair the coping, so it took some time to find what we needed. Since the waterline tile around the pool definitely looked dated, we determined that replacing it would help to update the entire look. Kevin delayed our job a short while in order to use his preferred tile person, knowing he would know how to perform the specialty cutting required for our job...and it was well worth the wait! This gentleman made several helpful suggestions throughout the job that enhanced the look of his handiwork (at no additional cost), and he also created a specialty border I asked him to place around the edge of the coping to create a safety visual that would 'alert' people they were getting close to the edge of the deck. We started this job just as quarantine rules went into effect, so we could only look out from the house to watch what all the workmen were doing while they were here. We also had some weather delays that were frustrating (typical for S. Florida), but the finished pool is a joy to behold everyday! My father, who initially was skeptical as to the need for changing the waterline tile, cannot stop marveling at the way it changes and updates not only the pool, but also the look of the entire deck. Kevin was great to work with and most accommodating in my desire to have artistic steps leading into the pool. He also hooked us up with a great guy who power-washed the deck afterwards and resealed it, which really was the finishing touch that made the final difference. Everything looks new! My only regret is that I live in another state and cannot have Bluewater Pools redo the pool at my own home. Thanks, Kevin and team!

Met with Kevin in March 2020 and signed a contract agreeing to having the Pool Re-Diamond Brite and new Tile in the Pool. We asked for him to start on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. On April 15 a member of Blue Water arrived and placed a pump in the pool to empty it. On Thursday, April 16, a man from Blue Water came and put the tile we picked out around the pool, on the steps and the swimout. On Saturday, April 18, the men from Blue Water put new Diamond Brite in the Pool and began to fill it. Pool was finished being filled on Sunday, April 19. They also give you a free month of pool service. Everything from start to finish was done professionally. All the workers from Blue Water acted in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to use them again. I have already recommended them to a neighbor to use.

I am extremely happy with the installation of my new pool filter! The work was top-grade and professional, at a reasonable price. It looks great and I really appreciate the extra work done, including adding a valve that drains the pool when needed. I even got a personal demonstration on how to properly change the filter, and some extra tips on removing some minor stains on my diamond-brite. Bluewater pools company completed resurfacing my pool with diamond brite. and replacing my water line tile. They completed the whole job in 2 weeks. They repaired the leak in the pool and regrouted the bricks around the outside of the pool all for a reasonable price. I would recommend them because they do what say they will in reasonable time fram

Pool Resurfacing I just had Bluewater Pools(954 638-0610) complete a resurfacing of my pool. They did an outstanding job. I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fairly priced, honest, and reliable. Ask for Kevin. He is a pleasure to do business with. He informed me that they also do all pool equipment such as pool heaters, chlorinators, etc, and full patio remodeling. When I asked him for a price on a AquaCal pool heater I recently bought, his price was was 25% less than I had paid!!!!!!! Thanks again Kevin.
