Really well. ALL of his crews were great. Worked hard and he sends a bunch of people so they finish really fast. I think they were here 3 days total....... might be the best home improvement company we have ever worked with now that we are thinking about it!

The entire new setup including a hurricane rated concrete pad was installed within 48 hours. In my 5 years of living in this house, the pool has never looked so good. These guys really hooked me up. I would recommend them to everyone and will call them first if I have any Pool needs in the future.

I have to say overall we are happy with the work that was done. Kevin from Bluewater came out to look over our pool and provide a quote and arrived on time. A bit later we had him amend the quote to add the deck extension. There were some delays due to weather but once they started the work, they moved quickly with a full crew and got it done. We are pleased with the way the pool and deck came out but did have issues with the vacuum line they installed. It took a while with back and forth voicemails, but Kevin did finally come out to sort the vac line issue and also seal the travertine deck. I would (and already have) recommend Bluewater to friends and they have done a nice job for them as well.

Very well. From the Sales person Kevin to the owner of the company Brian, and their staff, everyone was wonderful and very helpful. They went out of their way to please the customer, and made sure that everything was done properly, and if they had to come back for any reason it was never a problem. If you are going to hire a company this is the company to hire.

I love the company policy of payment due upon completion of services. They also have a 10 year warranty on materials and labor. I called Brian of Bluewater Services and he responded immediately and professionally. He rewired the system, corrected the plumbing, and installed a new timer. He even drove 40 miles to come back twice until the problem was solved completely. He is fabulous and not only do I highly recommend him, he is now "my go to guy" for my pool.

The whole remodel went as planned and I am very happy with the results. Kevin from Bluewater Services explained the process when he gave me the quote and explained what would be done on each day. The workers showed up on time and accomplished what needed to be done. there were no issues or delays. The workers were on time, professional and cleaned up around the pool before leaving. The plastering job looks perfect, great attention to details like cleaning up the light ring, undercutting the return vents, replacing the main drain cover and a very smooth finish. Kevin kept me current on the progress during the week and made sure that everything was done right. He also took the time to explain how to take care of the new finish, when it would be safe to run the robot pool cleaner and how best to brush out the new finish to expose the aggregate. I would highly recommend Bluewater services.

We had our pool replastered and boarder tile regrouted. We were more then please with this company. We thought we had a leak and they came back two different times and check all outlets. They did not find any leaks and were very professional .and understanding. Both Kevin and Brian were very helpful and persistant until all the work was complete. We recommend this company highly and will use them again if needed. Price was very reasonable and affordable.

The service I received surpassed my expectations. The price was fair and the work excellent. There was no pressure to buy things that weren't needed and the price they quoted was what I paid. I will be referring them to everyone I know who needs pool repairs.

I am a real estate investor and this is the 2nd pool remodel I have done with Bluewater within the last year. The whole team is great and easy to work with. They do get busy, so a little patience is required but they always pull through as promised. Their prices are always the most competitive. The travertine deck was laid in a French pattern with a disappearing coping, which makes the pool seem larger. The waterline tiles these guys get are the best price and look great installed. I did a sheer descent waterfall at Kevin's recommendation and am very pleased. I used a different pool remodel company the prior year for a pool half the size and the cost was basically the same. I always recommend Bluewater to my friends

They were great to work with, giving me advice about color and design. They have a terrific team and completed all the work in about a week. It is a messy business but at the end of each day, my pool deck was cleaned and neat, All of their workers were courteous and worked very hard. Kevin and Brian made sure all of my piping and electrical etc. worked well before they completed. Our pool looks great and I would DEFINITELY hire them again and recommend them to others.

Reached out to Brian about fixing our pool heater and unfortunately they don't do that type of work. He took it upon himself to ask me to send pics of our unit so he can point me in the right direction. After receiving the pics, he then called back immediately to advise me to call the mfg and gave me the number - he went above and beyond just to be helpful. If we end up with a new heater (hopefully not tho), no doubt I'll use Brian because of his expertise, professionalism and responsiveness.

Resurfaced pool and pool deck. Working with Kevin and his crew has been a pleasure. He is knowledgeable about the product and responsive whenever I had a question. The pool and deck look great. Definitely recommend this company.

The pool specialists drained and bond coated the pool in 2 days, to resurfaced the pool and installed the light in another 2 days. Then added chemicals and will have someone come once a week to check and brush.. all in the initial quote. Also, Brian who did the light helped us fix a blown fuse and unhooked and took away the old heater at no charge. There was never an upsell or a phone or text unreturned. They will not only be doing my pool stuff from now on but pressure cleaning and sealing the driveway and walkway as well.

Brian returned the next day & replaced my pool filter. Was extremely professional, friendly & got the job done within 20 minutes. Highly recommend to all.

Terrible Resurface Pool - First Time, Failed - Uneven coloring Resurface Pool - Second Time, Failed - Uneven coloring Tile - Falling off - Grout Lines uneven - Grout markes behind tile Pavers - Not prepped correctly Brian Miles Contractor doesn't want to re-do the project. I really don't want him back. I have 4 contractors who have come out and explained why the project is failing We used top of the line products for our pool but had poor installation on the products. We are now seeking court action against Blue Water Pools for poor service installation.

Pool was under a total renovation and it was decided the pool needed resurfacing with Diamond Brite. I researched several companies, and was so impressed with the quick same day response I received from Kevin at Blue Water Pools. He was very professional and the contract was signed that day and the work was started that afternoon. (All in less than 8 hours from the time I placed my call to the company and the work started08) Work was completed in a few days (not weeks like other companies promised) and pool was filled and up and running by the weekend. Ozzie came once a week for a month to make sure our pool was stabilized. Our pool light was also burned out and Kevin went beyond all my expectations to try and find a replacement light for one that was over 30 years old. He was successful with a bit of time and installed it himself. Kevin is a very kind and caring young man and he will go far in this industry. Blue Water Pools is so lucky to have this team of people working for them and I will be forever grateful for their service. They gave 110%. I would definitely hire this company again, they know how to do things right and at a fair price. Thank you.

I first contacted Brian at BlueWater Pools on a Wednesday and scheduled the install for Friday morning. I could not believe that they could come out in 2 days! When I first called, I was given a price for everything, and that is exactly what it cost. There were no surprises. rian is not only honest, but really nice as well. When he was done with the heater install, he took plenty of time to show me how to use it properly. He even repaired a small leak for a very nominal charge. The next day (Saturday) I was confused on how to work the heater, and he called me back in 5 minutes and explained. he even showed up on Monday to walk me through again. I will be using Bluewater for all things pool and spa related as it is not very often that I find honest people. Thanks again Brian. My wife loves the heater too. :

Kevin came out to give an estimate, on time, and provided us with an on the spot price including an explanation of work to be performed as well as discussion of options and materials. The price quoted was very fair compared to other estimates we received, beating all of them. Upon agreeing to the scope of work, Kevin schedule the work to begin and the first crew showed up, on time, and began paver installation and pool prep in a neat and conscientious manner. During this phase, hurricane Matthew came through our area, and the crew cleaned up the worksite and secured the materials for safety. After the storm had passed, they came back and resumed the job, leaving us with a beautiful new deck and pool tile. The next phase was refinishing the pool, this crew was also excellent and conscientious and did a beautiful job plastering and applying the finish on the pool in one day. The price quoted was adhered to with the exception of a small unforeseen issue which we quickly settled, with neither of us getting hurt financially. The entirety of the job was handled perfectly and professionally, providing us with a back yard that we could not have imagined. Communication with Kevin has been effortless, with all questions answered in a timely manner. They have been accessible and kept us informed of all aspects of the job, at every step. I would have no issues highly recommending Blue Water to anyone looking for a refresh of their back yard/pool, from a simple paving job to a full renovation like ours.

Blue Water Pools took my leaky, uninviting pool, and deck and turned turned it into an attractive fun area for us to enjoy and for the kids to play. Kevin was great to work with and was full of energy and excellent ideas. He remembered every little detail we asked for. Our work consisted of a new travertine pool deck, a sun shelf for the kids to play with some water features, heater, new tiles and diamond bright. Travertine was also installed in the front entrance of our house, on the side and we made a patio in the pack for a future outdoor kitchen/firepit. Exciting stuff! Blue water pools came in $10K less than the next best price (we got quoted by 5 of the top rated pool companies in Boca Raton), having already heard great things about them it made the choice easy. The best part is they completed the job in less than 2 weeks. I've never had a contractor of any kind actually complete a job this quickly, or on time for that matter, and this was a huge job!
