Started as promised & made quick work of travertine deck. Due to some delays in material delivery which was no fault of Bluewater we ran about a week late. Both Kevin & Brian were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. There are some imperfections & leveling issues that we'll be addressing once the travertine settles & we activate the salt system. I'm confident they'll follow up & fulfill their promises.

We are very happy with Bluewater Services, we scheduled our pool to be re-finished and they were there on time and from start to finish did everything they said they would do. I kept in contact with Kevin and he kept me informed thru out the entire process. His pricing and quality of workmanship was superb. I would highly recommend them.

The folks at Bluewater were very professional, courteous and do quality work. They responded promptly to my inquiry about resurfacing the pool. They started the work when they said they would and completed the work within the estimated time. It was one week from draining the pool to resurfacing to having it refilled. There was one day of rain that week that prevented work, otherwise it would have been done in 4 days. The finished pool looks great. The resurfacing is a messy job but they cleaned everything up and left the patio clean. It's a lot of work to apply the diamond bright and you should really watch the whole process to appreciate the effort that goes into getting the surface applied smooth and even.

They were fast, efficient, and very professional. Since I never ad my pool done before they were very informative and let us know step by step what was going to happened and the time frame we should expect. After our pool was finished we also had them add a heater so we can use the pool 12 months a year! Excellent company! I highly recommend you use this company for remodeling, resurfacing or any of your pool and deck needs. If you don't already have a heater, now is the time to add one.

I dealt with Kevin, he is a funny young man. Kevin is a hard worker and will come through with what ever you need. When they started it was like a crew one day. One crew day one then crew two the next (stuff had to dry) crew three the last day and refill the pool. It was fast as ****. I recommend them. The price and service was great. I don't know if they have to slow down come rainy season but, I got them in March and it was fast. So, I guess it's like anything else the weather always plays into what a company like this can do. When Kevin gave me his quote I hired him immediately. I had recently talked with a two different guys from work and they talked about prices and that they just had something similar done and Kevin was a good 12% cheaper.

I read the reviews before hiring this company. They were also referred to me by my best friend. I have to say that they definitely lived up to their excellent reviews. As a landlord for 8 properties, I constantly deal with a wide range of contractors. This company by far is one of the best to work with. They are highly professional, knowledgeable, reliable and, most importantly, they are extremely honest. They could have easily attempted to sell me on other services, but instead they gave me their honest opinion of what I needed and didn't need. They are a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for all of your pool-related services and repairs. You will not be disappointed.

All went well and the job finished on time. The pool is like new again. The employees who did the diamond brite were on top of things and finished the job in a timely manner. The tile guy was very prompt and very professional. Kevin with Blue Water Pools was a pleasure to work with and was always very cheerful. The diamond brite has a 10 year warranty on surface and labor. The tiles have a 1 year warranty on tiles and labor.

Bluewater did a fantastic job on our pool. We are very happy with the service. Brian and Kevin were very nice and very quick to respond to our addresses and concerns. Kevin came back and inspected everything and did a couple of tweaks here and there with the pool chemicals, etc.

Best price by over 33%, work done as scheduled and work was excellent and pool was back to beautiful when completed!!! Kevin was also terrific to work with and i would highly reccomend! Also other companies had higher base cost then started adding on, not so with Kevin!! Pay upon completion was added peace of mind!

I called and Brian quoted me a very reasonable price (lower than other quotes I received). We set an appointment and he gave me a two hour time window. He arrived at the start of the time window and completed the work in a most professional and competent manner. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him. This was our first resurface of a pool and knew little about it. I started by calling 3 different companies based on referrals and Angie's List. Though Bluewater Services was not the most expensive or least expensive, my gut (and numerous A ratings) felt like Kevin was the right person to hire. He was no nonsense. Answered all our questions. For newbies, the process is a multi day work effort, from draining the pool to prepping to actual Diamondbrite and finish (chemicals, lights, etc). Everyone that worked these multiple steps was very professional and easy to talk to. When they left everyday, the place was spotless. The one thing I can say about working with Kevin is that he was the first contractor I have ever hired that actually answered the phone every time we called AND he knew who was calling. With everyone so busy these days, it was a pleasure to work with someone who actually enjoys their job and provides a beautiful end result. The pool looks awesome!

On any home project of this scale we tend to bring in no less than 6 - 8 vendors minimum to feel out their pitch & rate them on the BS meter. It's a far from fun process but it does help weed out the good, the bad and the ugly. Bluewater won the job because of Kevin & Brian. Kevin is the one that came out for the quote and the guy was just a no BS - here it is - like it or not - straight forward. Kevin (& Brian) both showed that they clearly wanted my business but it never felt like they were desperate for my business. They just came off confident that they could do a good job. On price, Bluewater had a good price hovering about the middle of the pack. Then came time to do the work and they were amazing. Every single person on the multiple crews that came in were just great on the workmanship side and on the personality side. All around they made this a great experience. I am a pain in the *** perfectionist and even I had nothing to complain about. Oh sure there was a little thing here and maybe another there, but one phone call to Kevin or Brian and done - all fixed - no problem. I would definitely recommend Bluewater.

Brian and his crew are consummate professionals, very friendly, and get the job done. I know I can call Bluewater and I will get reliable, dependable, honest, and responsive service. This is rare in South Florida -but not with them! They have literally restored my faith in service. It was a little hard to find them among the different companies, but now that I have their actions have produced a loyal customer. I really enjoy them. They are great people and a great company.

Fantastic! Over the course of 3 weeks, we had 2 plumbers and 1 pool person evaluate and/or attempt to unclog the line with no success. Then we decided to call Bluewater Services. Brian knew just what to do to locate the clog and fix the problem. He completed the work in no time and the cost was very reasonable. We wish we had called him weeks ago.

Kevin was very responsive and professional. We hired his company based on reviews and did not do comparitive shopping. The teams worked hard and fast but did quality work. Overall very satisfied. Kevin has been by the house several times to ensure all work was completed to our satisfaction.
