Bluewater Pool Remodeling/Repair & Leak Detection

They did an excellent job. Since they do many pools at once I was initially concerned about getting good quality service. But this company really knows their business and Kevin knows how to manage the jobs. The workers that applied the Diamond Brite are true craftsman. They worked together seamlessly. I watched the whole job of applying the Diamond Brite as I witnessed it turn from liquid to solid. They worked methodically and skillfully and I never got the impression they were in a rush to finish. I also got a new multicolor LED light which looks great. I had a couple of minor problems along the way but Kevin promptly addressed them. The pool looks great.

It went great. My pool looks fabulous and working with Kevin is a pleasure. Kevin ALWAYS calls back or texts promptly and he is just as easy to call after the check is cashed! I have already recommended him to friends. He stayed with the original quote with no added extras later. After the agreement was signed he told me that a month of pool service, new end tiles for the steps and a supply of muriatic acid were included. His crews don't dawdle around, are very polite and clean up after themselves. For the record I am fairly picky and if I'm happy, most others would be too.

Excellent job, beautiful pool. 2 other quotes were filled with ‘fluff’ doubling the price compared to Bluewater. Kevin was salesperson and managed project. Kevin is no nonsense, honest and upfront. Quote was quote, came on time to do it, left quote and sample tiles and coating options. Didn’t ask for upfront $ like the others..(both wanted down payment in an amount close to Bluewater’s total cost! Chose their company ‘mix-color’ Bluewater Blue DiamondB which is rich but only a small added cost compared to other options and companies. His team was on time, courteous and simply got it done with professionalism. Kevin has gone the extra mile to ensure we were happy...their team is servicing pool during fist month to ensure chemistry correct and to scrub residual white coating from surface. Getting bluer and bluer as aggregate exposed. I found Bluewater on Angie’s but have friend who used them 4 years ago and their pool remains perfect....

I flip houses for a living! I have now used these guys on 3 pool heater change outs and also on a pool resurfacing and I’m completely happy with the results! Fantastic and Fast! :) Nothing but satisfied so far!

This was a very professional and skilled team. Bluewater Pools met with us, explained the entire process, and the results are excellent. We had our pool resurfaced and new glass tiles installed around the edge and along the entry stairs.

Kevin from Bluewater Pools was the consummate professional. They were there when they said they’d be there, and the job was done when they promised, and it was immaculate! They also included one month of maintenance (chemicals and cleaning)! One of the other reasons I chose Bluewater Pools is that they are certified by the Diamond Brite company, and their warrantee blows the other pool companies out of the water!!! 10 years!!! Not 1, 2 or 5. Extremely pleased!

After several estimates we decided on Blue Water Pools because Kevin was upfront and honest with us from the beginning. We didn't get the sense he was overcharging us or being pushy. The price was fair when compared to other estimates and also came with a warranty. Kevin was quick to respond to any questions or update us on the project. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction and changed anything we were not completely satisfied with. The pool workers were polite and respectful of our property and made sure to pick up any of their trash or debris daily. I have already recommended Kevin and his team to friends and would absolutely work with them again in the future. Our pool and deck look absolutely stunning and we look forward to enjoying it over the summer and many years to come.

I had a total makeover, Blue water did the diamond brite, tile, and led light. Kevin is very customer service oriented and will go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied. He will not leave without you being satisfied. This is rare in South Florida. They are also very competitively priced. We look forward to working in the future for all our pool needs. After calling a number of pool companies to come give us a quote with no shows. Kevin showed up on time, gave us a fair price and all work was completed without any problems. We will use them in the future.

Kevin was very professional and kept to the promised finish time line, his workers were efficient and very tidy. After a lot of research we decided to go with Bluewater Pools based on the reviews from Angies List. And we are glad we did. Kevin and his team were fantastic. He is responsive to emails and does very nice quality work. They showed up on time and finished very quickly even with having some rain in between. The price was fair and Kevin really knows what he is doing. He gives you what you want and tells you if there is something you don't need. He doesn't try to sell you something just to make a buck. He is responsive to contact as well and this is something that is rare in todays Florida contractors. He even had his guys wash our deck when they were done! Great service. We will have our pool deck and coping done in the near future and will definitely be giving this work to Kevin and the crew from Bluewater Pools as we need to get the deck looking as good as the pool they did for us.

After researching and researching for a pool company I could trust to do a great job, Bluewater is the best out there. After about five estimates and more research, all I can say is “WOW”! Kevin knows his stuff, incredibly knowledgeable, professional and honest. His team turned my neglected family childhood pool into a work of art. It had been multiple decades without Diamond Brite, deck sinking, broken pool pump and skimmer. I’m so excited not to be the eyesore of the neighborhood, instead envy. We added a saltwater converter, Travertine tile beautiful blue multi colored glass tile at the waterline and removed warped screen enclosure. His work is getting plenty of positive attention. I feel like I’m at a five star resort! Thank so much Kevin and Brian! Bluewater pools did an outstanding job. My family will enjoy every beautiful Florida day in our repaired, modern pool and patio. Brian was absolutely awesome. It appeared my skimmer sucked in too many leaves after the last hurricane. He replaced all three valves, they needed replacing after 20 years of service, skimmer, vacuum, main drain. All for only $75.00. UNBELIEVABLE!!! While resurfacing the pool's finish, Kevin and his crew did a great job of repairing an unforeseen issue with the old pool foundation and replacing the skimmer basket that was cracked and leaking. They also went above and beyond replacing the light and doing tile work. Hope to deal with again, Thank you!

I am a new homeowner and have a pool that has not been renovated in over 10 years. I got Kevins information from Angies list and expected to have multiple companies come over to give me a quote. After Kevin came over and not only looked at the issues i knew about he also showed me many other things that should have been obvious, but i did not know where to look. Kevin gave me a very fair price and helped me understand what i needed done.I have spoke to Kevin several times with my questions and he has always made the time to speak to me and help me understand how the pool resurfacing business works. I appreciate the honesty and attention to detail.

We were refereed to Kevin and Bluewater Pools from a neighbor. We met with Kevin and explained that we need to have the diamond bright re-done and also wanted to pick a new tile and add a background image to our pool. Kevin listened to what we wanted, assisted us in the tile selection. Once we picked the tile we wanted, Kevin said we could look for any kind of background image we wanted and he would be able to get it. We found "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere" and Kevin was able to get it for us. He then laid out the time frame for the job. We liked what we heard and gave Bluewater the job. When Kevin told us the time frame , we told him that we would be going out of town and he said it wouldn't be an issue. The work was started on time and was completed on schedule. At the end of the job, Kevin gave us the instructions on what to do for the next month. Kevin and his crew made this job painless and we would definitely hire them again.
