Very capable contractor that was very helpful. Very competitive pricing representing the best over-all value from the 4 bids we received. I can recommend them without reservation. They provided a complete large pool resurfacing (33,000 gal. pool 56' x 28') and in pool spa tile replacement.

Process went smoothly and as agreed. Kevin was very helpful throughout the process.

Kevin was the supervisor on our pool project, couldn’t ask for a more professional attitude and demeanor!! As soon as we decided on what we wanted done and my wife picked out the tile Kevin set the date. The first day 9/26 was pool prep that consisted of chipping away imperfections from original surfacing and laying bonding and sealant the gentleman work all day and was very careful not to disrupt surrounding area. On 9/27 tile crew came and were as professional as I expected them to be, worked all day until tile job was completed. Final day was 9/28 the crew showed up at 0945 for pool resurfacing, they work throughout the very hot day, were also extremely professional and diligent not to disrupt surroundings by 3 that afternoon we were filling pool and Saturday 9/29 my wife and I were enjoying what to us was our brand new pool. Not enough adjectives to describe how happy my wife and I are having our pool back! Bluewater pools you ROCK! Any pool work needed in the future is a comfort to have Bluewater Pools to go to! Thank you all!! P.S. I had 2 other pool companies give estimates and they weren’t close to the deal we got from Bluewater!

Kevin arrived to my home and provided me with a quote for my services. He was very professional and upfront with me which made me very comfortable with going with Blue Water Pools. We had received several outlandish quotes for our pool and deck remodel from other companies. Kevin’s quote was straight forward and provided us exactly what we were looking for. The deck work began immediately and the team consisted of approximately 6 people. They were in and out in no time and left us with an amazing travertine deck after 2 days of work. The pool refinishing was quick and beautifully done. I had a couple of concerns throughout the process but everything was addressed immediately with a quick phone call and performed as quoted. I loved the choices we were offered and my family couldn’t wait to dive in. I have already referred this company to others and would definitely use them again in the future! Great work guys!

Blue Waters was recommended by a friend and they were excellent. Kevin came out to review the pool and give an estimate . He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to manage the jobs. The workers that applied the Diamond Brite were very professional and cleaned up everything including the deck before they left. Very Professional crew. They worked together as a team and made sure everything was finished on time. We had a few questions along the way and Kevin was always available to answer his phone and take care of us. I would highly recommend this company. The price... very good as well.

Bluewater resurfaced my pool two years ago and it still looks amazing like the day they left. I get so many compliments with people wondering how I got my surface so blue and smooth. My light started to blink in and out and then shut off, so I texted Kevin who answered immediately and he was there the next day to take care of it. Talk about a great guy who goes above and beyond. He fixed my light at no charge and was very friendly and willing to come back if we ever needed him to. The best part is I am a college leader at my church and we have a baptismal next Friday night and now we can have it in the pool. Kevin was great and went out of his way to help us with picking out the ledger stone and tile. The end result was beyond amazing!!! Kevin was always transparent from the get-go and demonstrated a deep knowledge of his work. He basically gave a quote just by looking at the site, and after the final measurements he was pretty **** on the spot. I was impressed with the professionalism of his crew (once the started the job as there were some delays due to rain season) and it was done fast and with great quality. During the entire process I felt he was trying to give me the best advice, not just looking to make a sale, and he wanted to do the best for me. He has the type of company that relies on mouth-to-mouth advertising and now I understand why. Also any time I had a question, doubt or concern he was alway available and responded to me immediately or in a very short period of time. Strongly recommend, and will certainly refer. In fact I have another job coming up and won’t think twice about doing it with them.

Excellent. It was during peak summer pool season, July and August and they got it done. The patio is phenomenal, beyond what we ever expected! Gorgeous sandblasted marble tiles. And BlueWater made it affiradable for us. Our odd shaped pool made creating a sun shelf somewhat difficult, but Kevin helped us work it out and we are thrilled with the results. The pool refinishing is beautiful. One tile was even eschew and Kevin is right on it making sure the finished product was perfect. Would totally use again and recommend.

Day 1-prep pool. On time and efficient. Day 2-4 replaced tiles. Excellent work. Day 5 - resurface pool and start refilling. Again, workmanship was great. Could not have gone better.

Mike was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly . He came on time and went right to work replacing the leaky pump housing and one leaky valve . It was fixed within an hour. Not only did he fix the pump issue he alerted me to a leak bubbling up from a pipe underground connected to my outside spigot. I was thankful that he pointed this out so that I could call my plumber and address the issue immediately. Had he not pointed out the problem my water bill would have been off the charts ! Kevin and his team with Bluewater Pools did an excellent job on our pool. He provided an estimate, a start date, and the work began promptly on the day of service. Once the pool was drained, the team came in and finished the job. Our DiamondBrite surface looks amazing! Kevin and Brian were real honest, I mostly dealt with Kevin. The diamond brite and new glass tile looks great. There price was in the middle of the pack for pricing but I decided to go with BlueWater Pools because of there commitment to quality.

I had at least 8 estimates before choosing Bluewater Pools. When I first met with Kevin, he was straight forward with no BS, we were quickly on the same page and he knew exactly what I wanted without having to go to a showroom or look through an overwhelming amount of material/folders. His price quote was affordable, not over the top and didn't try and sell me on things I didn't need. They started on time, and each crew that came out were hardworking and professional. Whenever I had a question and texted Kevin, he called me right back. The payment plan that was set up was accommodating and worked well for us. The warranty offered was better than any other company. We couldn't be happier with our new pool!! This 20 year old pool with leaks, out dated glass block, sunken pavers, etc. was a total eye sore that I never thought would go this smooth and turn out as perfect as it did. Kevin came back out at the very end of the project and tweaked a couple of minor things himself to make sure everything was perfect. He has great attention to detail and definitely knows his job. I am so glad I made the right choice without any hassle or complications. I cannot stop looking at our amazing pool and deck and look forward to many pool parties with our friends and family. I felt that the work done by Bluewater Pool was amazing, first Kevin came in and sized the work needed to be done, and the products that were going to be used, then Mike came in and prepared the entire pool for the next teams to come in and apply all the products for the resurfacing. I really like the work they have done, and how the pool looks after the work done. Blue Water Pools did a great job resurfacing our pool. All contractor crew were very friendly and performed quality workmanship. They checked out and replaced a bulb in the spa and came out an additional time to acid clean the tile and coupling to meet our satisfaction. Kevin was always very responsive to our concerns and came through on everything he said they would do. They honored the price estimated from the beginning. They were backed up due to rainy weather, but when we finally got to swim and enjoy our beautiful blue water pool, we couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely recommend them!!
