Description of Work: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME...We set up an appointment with Alex who never showed up. We called and he finally picked up at night saying his phone was broken and he lost all his contacts. Gave him another chance and he shows up two hours late the next day! No apologies for arriving late. Alex gives us a quote for around what others were quoting and they can start the following week. We were in a time crunch as other work was about to start.Thankgod Mike,from J Campbell Concrete,told us they can't start work as it would get destroyed when they were doing their work. When I called Alex to cancel them from starting and asked him why he would have started pool work when pavers had to be put in first. He apologized stating he should have known that and asked if him and his boss could come out the following day to discuss it..Not a big surprise ..4 hours late he shows up without his boss. Should have been a red flag that they could start work so fast while everyone else from Angies List was at least a 4 week wait.

Description of Work: Did everything as promised and my pool is looking great. Arrived on schedule for estimate, and every work day thereafter. Gave me a great price and provided quality equipment. Replaced my pump, resurfaced entire pool and installed Haywood salt generator.

Description of Work: Our oversized pool is 23 years old. Coping and tile were original. Coping was stained. Numerous tile were missing. Finish was 15+ years old with numerous scars. |I was impressed with Brian from the start. He pointed out all the options but could tell we wanted to keep costs down. The only costs unknown at our first parting was the cost of the tile, dependent on our final choice. We were invited to visit the supplier's showroom to get a more accurate feel for each of the tile options over what the catalog could offer. |The job started on the assigned day with draining the pool. The next day was removal of tile and coping. Coping and tile were finished in 2 days with a crew of two. Scars and loose plaster was addressed during surface prep. After the bond coat, there was a day or two delay waiting for the perfect day for the diamondbrite. A crew of 5 showed up knocked that out quickly. By the time they left, the pool was filling. All crews were nice, respectful of our property and us. Brian was always available for questions and stopped by when needed. | |We had 4 quotes. Blue Water Pools was 25% and 40% lower than those offers. | |Blue Water Pools is definitely a recommend. |

Description of Work: Brian Miles is great-replaced my bad pool heat pump with a brand new in the box Rheem-temp was 67 at 10 am-now over 85 degrees. Really knows his stuff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
