It went great! We continue to use Blue Sky as our design and maintenance company. Owner Robert, son Mason and staff are professional, friendly and have a high level attention to detail. Robert is a true landscape artist and had great visions for our property. He would listen to our requests and was personally on the job daily. He transformed our yard into a beautiful oasis.

Rockwork was well done and of high quality by subcontractor Artistic Rock. However they never came back for adjustment of rock coping with edge pavers. Blue Sky took final payment for coping even though Danny of Artistic Rock mentioned that he will have to come back to adjust coping after pavers were set. Repeated phone calls, and texts to Robert Braddy of Blue Sky and Artistic Rock went unanswered. even though I offered to pay them extra to do the work. Landscaping prices were high, additional labor was charged to install landscape although price of the trees were 50% more than competition.

Because of Blue Sky Landscaping, my house doubled it's price. In my pool area, they put an 8 and a half feet waterfall and it looks natural and they made my jacuzzi look like a cave and my house was like a showcase. They work that they did was at least a 100 times more than it's worth. They gave me a total creation on my backyard.

When I moved into my house 10 years ago, I hired them to redesign the landscaping. My ex-wife wanted a waterfall and I wanted a creek. So, I go both done by them. They did a superior job with everything. They were slow, but they did great work. Bob and I worked together on the landscaping. The first thing I asked them to do was to get rid of all the grass on the property. So, they turned the property into a series of gardens. The landscaping is beautiful. Bob Braddy is an excellent designer. He started servicing his customers for whom he did designs originally. I have been very thrilled with them. I never know when they are coming. They usually show up around 9:00 a.m. I remind them which plants they cannot touch. They tend to be forgetful about the routine things, such as cutting out all the seed pods in the palm trees in my yard. It is very important to me because if they ripen, rats come on the property to eat the seeds. When I'm outside the rats will literally be jumping over my head. It irks me. I have Areca palms lining the street, and I have to be out there every week cleaning out the dead fronds. The last time I used them, I paid $350, which seems to be on par with other people. There are certain charges he puts into the bill that I believe should just be part of running the business, and he and I disagree on that. Rob and I have gone back and forth with 'friendly bantering' but I will not use this company again in the future.
