Bliss was great to deal with, the windows took longer to come in then they had said but the work was done quickly and well. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

No work done. No response from vendor.

Badly. I was given a price and an appointment but was then contacted to be told the employee had no authority to make the appointment, they would not repair the window for another 2 weeks, and then chastised me for not being sure of the quantity of screens I needed replaced. Worst customer service I have experienced in Florida. Rude and disorganized.

Things went well. Currently, one lock on another door is now loose.

I went to Bliss because they were close by and have been in business for awhile. I wanted to restore the original front door of my mid century house. I offered to bring the door into them to make it easier, and wanted a quote giving them exact measurements. It took repeated calls to just get a quote. They forgot who I was, forgot more than once to get back to me. Then the glass factory called me direct confused as to who I was and what I wanted wondering why they were given my phone number as they only deal with retailers and not customers. Then finally Paul at Bliss gave me a price which was a shocker. I went somewhere else.

Very good experience. The initial discussion with Lynne at Bliss on the telephone was great. She scheduled a time for someone to come to our resident. Roger came and measured the dimensions for the screens and gave us the price estimate. He indicated that it would take about three weeks for the screens to be made. His time estimate was bang on. Roger was prompt, polite and very professional; If I need any additional screens in the future, I would use Bliss Window again. .

David and Lynne were were just two terrible people to deal with. We recently had some leaking issues with our window and we paid Bliss to do the work. They didn't fix the leak which was understandable given the circumstances. However, it was the back and fourth with them which was always an argument just to try and get them out to the house. It was simply unprofessional. Lynne was completely unresponsive as well. Multiple times we expected calls from their office, and never received them. They always had a problem or an issue. Overall, this was a terrible experience. DO NOT hire them for any type of work.

Bliss was one of the few glass door companies in the area that would even consider removing the muntins or dividers to create the effect of multiple pane windows and doors. The technician, Carlos, arrived on time and did an excellent job of removing the muntins -- not an easy job because on the inside they were attached with a silicone mastic that really adheres to the glass. Still, he did such a good job on the large door we decided to have him two two regular side sliders in guest rooms. While they had cautioned us that some hint of the old metal lines might remain, we have found that the slight shadow from a couple of the metal bars -- apparently the sun sometimes etches a very faint shadow into the plastic liner that is built into the window -- is only visible in the big door and then only when the sun is shining just right. Nowhere near as view obstructing as the metal muntins. He repaired the lock (which we hadn't realized was broken) and told us that the difficulty in sliding the door was due to worn out wheels. To replace those requires two men, so we scheduled Carlos and Roger back to do that job. They went about it quickly and efficiently, keeping everything neat and tidy as they worked. The door now slides easily. They also added a handle on the outside. The little indented finger hold for the door was completely inadequate for my wife or many visitors to be able to open.

Was very pleased with professionalism of the installer, Roger. Price was very competitive.

When I first went to them to order the mirror, I was told that I needed a template for it. I had the length and width dimensions and assumed that was all that was necessary to make a mirror elliptical shaped. I was about to leave when another salesperson understood and took my order. Apart from the snafu at the beginning, the product was just fine. I have the feeling that Bliss is not in the habit of doing special work. They seem more focused on the basics.

Bliss Window & Screen, Inc. Company was expensive. I didn’t particularly love the owners of the company. However, the workers always show up, do their job and do it right. They were pretty punctual. I would use them again in the future.

I described to them in detail what I was looking for by phone. I had spoken with the manufacturer of my window and was quite informed of what I needed. I provided my address and they were going to give me a quote later that day. I never received an estimate, nor heard back from them.

I had started with another company that didn't finish the job properly. Bliss was willing to take over the job(I had ordered some doors from them too) and finish what hadn't been properly done, including completing the permit and inspections. I also had them replace my inside doors and they did a great job on that too. They did the work when I wasn't even home(away for work assignments) and everything was well cared for.

We were so pleased with our service. We had just purchased this home and wanted to make sure all our very old, awning windows were in working order and were shut tightly. The guy that came was very thorough and made sure everything was working well. He told us how to maintain our windows, due to the salty air, and charged us a very reasonable amount. We would definitely recommend this company and plan to purchase some doors from them as well.

They were reasonable. The price was right. They were good with business. They gave a low figure right in the beginning, whereas other companies jerk you around. They weren't pushy or anything.

Company came over for a free estimate and measured all windows (8 rooms). He looked at my patio screen and said he could re-screen and fix the rollers (approx $150) vs having to buy a new patio slider screen (approx $400). I was thrilled! He also said he could fix windows that were not working. They are 40-year-old crank handle windows that we have had problems with since moving in. I was very pleased with the quote. They took longer than they said they would to have the screens ready to install, but it was worth the wait. He came back with all of the screens, installed everything and fixed every window that had a problem and just charged time and materials. It is such a joy to have all of the windows open and the patio slider is so quiet now!

Terrific! We were delighted to finally discover this well-established company after searching unsuccessfully off and on for over a year for a company that was able and willing to take an order for these windows which are not a standard size. We were repeatedly told by other companies that it was simply impossible to make a sliding window that was this short in height. We were unwilling to change the dimensions because we wanted the proportions of these sliding windows to match the proportions of other nearby fixed windows in our mid-century modern home. Other companies told us that the only way to achieve these dimensions was with fixed glass, but we were unwilling to abandon ventilation in this room, so we kept shopping around until we found Bliss Window. The President of the company, David Seppi, took considerable time with us to discuss our options, and to locate a reliable custom fabricator who was willing to do the job for us. It was a real pleasure doing business with this company; everyone that we dealt with was very professional and courteous. Even the fellows who loaded them into my mini-van were so careful and polite. Might I add that the windows are beautiful!

Arrived promptly, performed the work quickly and with courtesy.

He told me that it didn't need repaired or replaced. I just needed a small part that they gave me for free. I needed another one the next day; came back and he gave me another one; they did exchange the tabs for me from plastic to metal. I was really impressed with them.

They did install a track cover $26 and four new rollers at $26 but the price went up from $217.00 to $334.00 because they charged me for two men labor $58. They also charged $3.00 for fuel and $2.00 for spraying silicone on the track and $2.00 for six screws. I called to complain that the price increase was a big difference. They said "well you had them do extra work." They were charging me double the labor because I had two men working. When I complained about the fuel charge, the owner said he was going to raise the charge to $5.00.

Horrible company! In their office, they rarely, if ever have anyone at the counter to assist; you have to wait until an uncaring rep happens to walk past to try to get help, then they act as if they are doing you a favor! The measure of the shower took four weeks, just to get someone out to the house to measure! It took an additional four weeks before they had the glass enclosure and were ready to install. Two months to get a shower enclosure! I took time off from my work on the installation day. They were 3 hours late! They originally said it would take a couple of hours to do the installation; at 5 pm they were still finishing up. Workers were rude. I deducted $100 off the price of the job because of their lateness and the fact that they caused me to miss an entire day of work. Did they apologize? NO. Instead they tried to put a lien on my house for the $100 deduction I made in my payment to them. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away from them!

They were very good. It took them a little while to get out here but once they did they were very nice and did a good job. They were very honest and clean. We were very impressed with them.

THEY DO VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL WORK. THEY WERE WITHIN THE ESTIMATE THAT WE RECEIVED. THEY'RE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY CAME OUT AT OUR CONVENIENCE. THEY DID A VERY NEAT JOB.

THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME USING THEM AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE BECAUSE THE PRICE AND THE WORK WERE GREAT.
