It went beautifully. I could not ask for a more professional, friendly, and knowledgeable company. They worked so diligently to satisfy us. If you need this type of work done, please, do yourself a favor and hire them. They will put your mind at ease and you will NOT be disappointed.

Keith and his team at Bio-One are miracle workers! We had a very difficult situation with an elderly parent living on their own with hoarding issues as well as medical issues (that caused bio-hazard conditions, I’ll spare you the details). We learned that normal cleaning services wouldn’t touch this, and we needed a specialist. Bio-One is very experienced with these exact situations, and Keith outlined a thorough multi-step process to work through the filth and the piles, sanitize everything, and restore the home to livable conditions. Beyond that, Keith approached this complicated family dynamic with compassion and understanding. He was sensitive to the situation, and his approach worked well despite some pushback. The results were amazing! I’d share before and after pictures, but the internet isn’t ready for that. The home is now fully restored to “move-in ready”, and hopefully it’s the start to a new healthy chapter going forward. We are so grateful for the service Bio-One provided!

HIGHLY recommend Keith Clark with BioOne. He should be at least 1 of your quotes! We had a death in a home with a hoarder / cat situation in which we dealt with each one 2 months apart. He did exactly WHAT he promised, WHEN he promised and was flexible to unforeseen issues that came up. Sometimes not charging and sometimes understandably needing to charge more but it was a fair price when he could have taken advantage of the situation. He ALWAYS took our calls or called us back in a reasonable amount of time. He was knowledgeable, considerate & compassionate to the situation which wasn't fun to deal with. He was on site most of the time, and when he wasn't he gave specific instructions and everyone kept busy. Keith was engaged, upbeat, energetic, communicated with us well, treated his employees with respect and worked along side of them. His workers were nice (shout out to Chris too), very hard working people dealing with this mess of a house. Lastly he was competitively priced. Actually he was less than half of 1 quote which we couldn't have afforded. I wish more companies did business like Keith, life would be so much more easy!!

I can’t say enough about this company, and specifically Chris as I dealt with him. He is amazing. My brother passed away on October 7, 2022. I was referred by the officer on the scene. I received a call back within 1 hour from Chris. He made time to see me on Saturday and began working on Sunday. By Tuesday everything was done and done perfectly. I was able to tell the property manager that the apartment was clean. She couldn’t believe it was done so quickly!! I highly recommend Bio One. Chris was kind, professional, and always followed through. I just am so impressed.

I highly recommend Bio One. The owner Keith and his staff were highly professional, prompt, thourough and accommodating to clean an unattended death scene in my family. During the entire experience, Keith was understanding and patient during this difficult time in our lives. The team was able to remove furniture and biohazard material from the scene quickly and in a respectful manner. Dont hesitate to contact and trust this company. They are fantastic!

Threw away important items. Things meant for donation was put out in garbage. 2 rings came up missing. I feel violated and remorseful. They left me with a hell of a mess when they know organizing was not my strong suit. Careless. Owner Keith is a good generous man. His workers are the worst. No respect or discernment. Can’t tell you how sorry I am they came into my home to help me tidy up.
