electrician, water heater repair
+ 0 moreMr. Bill Davis himself came to our house on Saturday and confirmed that the electrical problem (burn-out) resulted from leakage from the A/C Handler above the water heater. The heater was installed on Tuesday late-morning, early-afternoon, for we had to wait until Monday for the plumber to evaluate the water heater situation. Mr. Davis and his assistant came and worked for several hours to do the necessary electrical work, and the hot water was working soon after. We're looking forward to plenty of hot water and lower electrical bills in the future. All work done was done efficiently, professionally and neatly. I am very satisfied.
Description of Work: Installation of a 60AMP wire into our house's electrical circuit box in order to accommodate a Titan N-120 Tankless Water Heating system (replacing electrical system for previous lowboy Ruud 40-Gallon Water Tank). Included $125 for an emergency visit to our home after the water heater burnt out as the result of a leak coming from the A/C Handler unit located above the water tank. He verified that the electrical box on the heater was burnt out and not worth replacing. Then he did the necessary and intricate job of replacing the electric works for the new water heating system.
