+ -1 morePlease note that Phase One of our landscaping project, completed previously, went very well (in fact, all aspects could be rated "A" on that phase - we have a "model" front yard which draws compliments from neighbors and visitors alike) and we felt confident in selecting Bettencourt Brothers for this next phase, which would be more involved both in execution and budget than Phase One. But this second round has left us really puzzled. Are they overwhelmed with projects? Did they change their minds about doing this project? Have they become just another South Florida company that doesn't get back to you unless they need your job at that precise moment? So, the rating for Phase Two currently stands at "F", unless they get back to us, and there has a been a good reason for the lack of response. Averaging Phase One and the uncompleted Phase Two brings us to a "C" rating overall.
Description of Work: We asked Robert to quote on Phase Two of our landscaping project - the side and back areas of our property. He had completed Phase One - the front of the property - over a year ago. He came out at the end of April of this year and looked at the target area, exchanged an email with us in early May about our plant preferences, then told us he could not do the project for our desired timeframe of June due to an employee who would be out for surgery. I both emailed him and called to leave a message saying that we understood and were willing to wait until he was available again, but he never got back to us. It is now mid-July.
