Barry Zeidel

My wife and I needed to buy a house and by chance we met Barry. I wrote an email to the real estate company he worked for and within an hour he called and introduced himself and that night he came over and met with my wife and I face to face. He explained the process and assured us he would find us the right house in our price range. Over the next 4-5 months we were in constant contact with him and we looked at easily over 50 homes. None of them seemed right for us, but Barry was always positive and kept lookng for homes in our price range. We finally found the house we wanted, but when we put in our contract we were out bid. Barry said to not give up and followed up on the house a week later and it turned out the couple were not approved for the loan. We quickly put in the bid and we got the house. Within a month we were moving in. This was our first house and Barry just explained everything to us and never put any pressure on us to buy something.
