Avanti Remodeling

I hired Avani in April to redo the pavers in front of my house, but unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite several attempts to get the job done, they never completed the project. When my HOA rejected the original material, I had to choose a new one, but the company gave me a hard time throughout the process. Now, they no longer answer my phone calls, emails, or any other attempts at contact. Even worse, they are holding on to 50% of my deposit and have shown no signs of solving the issue. I can’t recommend this company to anyone. Javier, the owner handling my case, has shown no interest in helping or resolving the situation. This has been a terrible experience, and I hope others can avoid the frustration I’ve faced with Avani.

It would be less than one star if that was an option. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! At the beginning of working with Roberto Pacheco, the owner who uses the name "Jay", you will get the impression that Avanti Remodeling is a professional organization. Quotes and invoices also appear to be professional. Once you are committed to working with them, the professionalism wears off quickly. Communication becomes non-existent. Phone calls are not returned. If and when the are returned, there are all the usual excuses, such as problems with phone. I hired them to remodel my property. I was under the assumption they had a team of subcontractors working with them. This was not the case. It was one man who worked very slowly and messy. For the kitchen cabinets, Jay the owner's father showed up. Other than that time, I just saw the one man working in my place. Because I get notified of who comes through the gates at my property, it became clear to me that Jay never came to check on the work of the man he employed. One day, this man just left the property. He left all his tools and never returned. For more than 8 days, I have been calling him and calling Jay, the owner who hired him, and got no response. I also have been texting and sending emails and have received no response. I am now left with a job 1/2 started and huge mess. Even if they were both sick, they could have had someone call me to let me know what is going on! A word to wise - do not make the mistake I made in hiring them! GO ELSEWHERE TO SAVE TIME, MONEY, AND LOTS OF LOSS SLEEP AND HEADACHES!! Hire professionals!
