GREAT EXPERIENCE

The company cold called me to offer an estimate since they were already doing work in the neighborhood, and offered choice of 3 days for my convenience.They seemed legitimate, and explained that if the price was greater than the rough estimate she gave over the phone, I could go ahead or reject it with no obligation. I accepted, then checked with Angie's list to find that they were reviewed once before with an A rating. I was pleasantly surprised when the worker showed up (very early in the 2 hour time slot ) and gave me an estimate for washing either both inside and out, or just the outside (which was what I actually needed). The estimates were both lower than the quote over the phone. I accepted the outside only estimate, and he started work then and there. He was efficient, thorough, a steady worker and polite. The windows are sparkling, and due to the protection they added, have stayed well clean for the time since then. I couldn't be more pleased.

The windows were acceptable. The problem was that the window washer broke a clip that holds up the vertical blinds, and said nothing about it. I noticed it right after he left and called the company. They said the technician would call to discuss the problem, but he never did. I had to call a repairman which cost more than the window cleaning.

The office staff was courteous, informative, and returned calls promptly. This branch of Atlantic Window Cleaning (the Deerfield Beach,FL office) is the only one we have used, and will certainly use them again. They are a trustworthy, family group. There was a postponement due to the truck breaking down, but once it was in working order, Chris and Chad arrived as promised, on the rescheduled date. Because of our refusing to use the HOA's hand picked (inept) roof cleaning company, we needed to pressure wash our own roof. After hearing the story of tactics used by our HOA, they promised to make our roof look BETTER than the others; and it certainly does! There was a miscommunication regarding the price to clean the roof. Although the office personnel did not actually quote a roof cleaning price, they did give us a ''maximum'' quote; which later turned out to be the ''minimum'' charge. The individual charges: $59.00 for 7 windows and two sliding glass doors; and $250.00 for the roof.
