+ -1 moreChad has been to my home several times. He is punctual and cordial;he begins cleaning the exterior windows of the house. As Chad finishes the outside area, he makes sure the water faucets are turned off. When Chad enters the interior of the house, he removes his shoes so he doesn't track debris into the house onto an off-white carpet. (Wow!) He works quietly and constantly. This particular visit, I asked Chad for help turning/flipping a mattress too heavy for me. Chad flipped the mattress with a little help from me. He helps me and I appreciate his help.
Description of Work: I've used Atlantic Window Cleaning for several years. For the past two years, I've specifically requested Chad. I'm very pleased with the quality of work Chad does. Atlantic Window Cleaning cleans the windows approximately every 3.5 months. If I have heavy lifting, or anything requiring use of a ladder, I ask Chad for his help. Excellent company in my opinion and will continue to use Atlantic Window Cleaning. Thank you Chad and Staff!

+ -1 moreOutstanding price and service! I figured for $59 to clean all my windows I would either get a quick once-over or was in for a bait-and-switch. Instead, technician Chad spent over two hours doing a very thorough job. I have a lot of glass in my house, including two double sliding glass doors of 4 panels each and another one of 2 panels. He cleaned all my windows inside and out for the advertised price. I highly recommend this company. Minor issues: Was about a half hour late and I got no call with a status, had to call them. Also, I believe the special says they would clean the door tracks, which wasn't done.

+ -1 moreDaniel arrived on time and quickly started to work. He was quiet, efficient, professional and punctual. I couldn't ask for a more focused worker. I'd recommend him any time. The house is sparkling because of his work. This was the first professional window cleaning the house has ever had, but I can assure you it won't be the last.
Description of Work: Cleaned over 15 or so windows, most of which were floor to ceiling doors, plus a large mirrored wall. Excellent job, well done, quietly and efficiently and all within a 2 hour time frame. Costs quoted on line were kept to the same commitment.

I found a copy of the receipt I had paid when I had my windows cleaned approx 4 years prior and this estimate was within dollars. I easily scheduled an appointment to my convenience. A gentleman arrived promptly and went to work. He worked diligently until finished. I appreciated that he took off his shoes when walking on my carpet without being asked. My house has lots of windows both high, low and in the garage. He did not miss a thing. From start to finish this service was excellent. I will call again.

A couple of the windows had a streak and a few of the trim were not properly cleaned. In fairness the windows were very dirty which is why I gave an overall score of "B". I would use the service again.

+ -1 moreThe cleaning person showed up and did a quick inspection. He informed us there are a lot of paint needs to be removed which is true. Our windows and sliding doors were very dirty indeed. So we paid $133 extra for the pain removals, which seem reasonable. He finished the work in about 2 hours and our house feel like new again!
Description of Work: Excellent Work, we are happy with the person who did it! The only reason I gave the them a B in pricing may not entirly be their fault. The Angie's List advertising for a "big deal" is $99 (for $199 worth of work), is acutally a mere $10 off their regular pricing of $109 for the work. I don't know who is responsible for the misunderstanding??

Description of Work: We purchased a new house, and before moving in, I had Atlantic Window Cleaning clean the inside and outside of my two story house. The man who came was on time, professional, and was very careful to clean all the windows. He was here a couple hours, obviously being thorough with his work. A job very well done!

+ -1 moreOne window looked like it was missed. Turns out it has hard water spots. I would think a professional cleaning company would have in it's arsenal the products to combat that problem. When I received a call back from Atlantic and told them the one window still looks like it was not cleaned because of hard water spots, Andrea, the person who called, told me I would have to replace my window. I told her that seemed kind of harsh since there are products on the market which can clean the spots and don't they normally carry them when they go to a client's house? I told her my former window cleaner was able to remove the spots. Instead of replacing the window I will replace the window cleaning company. I would like to point out that Tony was very nice and did a good job on all the other windows. Unfortunately the bad window is the one I look out of when I am on the computer. Something I do every day.
Description of Work: Windows on one story home inside and outside. One window looked like it was missed. I thought it was because there was a wasp nest near there and perhaps after Tony sprayed he forgot to go back to that window. I called on Saturday when I noticed and said they didn't have to come back until Monday. Monday morning they called and said Tony would be back to do the window. He never showed up. Tuesday morning I called again explained the story; they said he would be there. I called later that afternoon and was told he was in the area and would definitely be here. He never showed up. Wednesday morning called again. AGAIN, I needed to explain story and was told Tony would be here. I called at 4 o'clock and told them I really didn't want to write a bad review, but this was ridiculous. Of course I needed to explain everything again. He finally showed up at 4:30. I could see him washing the window so I knew it was done. The next morning the window still looked undone.

+ -1 moreThe hose which was used was not turned off at the spigot after use. Only the nozzle was turned off. After two days the hose burst and flooding was on the side of my house. Thankfully a neighbor's son noticed and informed me.
Description of Work: All windows inside and out were done. Chad showed up on time and did an excellent job on the windows. Unfortunatly he did not turn off the hose spigot and only turned the nozzle off. Two days later, a neighbors son knocked on my door to tell me I had water shooting in the air and flooding on the side of my house. I do not know how long it was between the time the hose burst open and the child came home and noticed the water. Because of this carelessness I lowered the rating. I will try them again in four months.
