They did a great job... the best window washer I ever have had. Windows are so clean!

Much better than I ever expected!!

My first appointment scheduled 4/13 was cancelled the day before by them (I had scheduled this more than a week out) and arranged to be home all day. grrrrrr. They rescheduled a week later. Window cleaner showed up right on time and did a walk around and called in the estimate to the boss. He started outside. He had his own ladder. He was hard working, it was a very hot day. He was polite and respectful. I was pleased with his work. After the service was done and the cleaner gone, I noticed some things, that after communicating with the company, I found out was not part of the service (I feel charge a little more and it should be included). Cleaning tracks, just meant brushing away light debris. They do not wipe it with a wet cloth. Also very noticeable window sills. i was easily able to use a clorox wipe; but it would have taken them a few seconds more. In communicating with them, I said next time, if there is a next time, I'll have a little more custom made service. And finally, while I counted less than 23 windows in my house, the estimate came to quite a bit more with however they count. I was charged an additional $35 to the coupon. Again, I thought the price overall with the coupon was extremely reasonable. They also gave me a pricing list for other services with deep discounts. But I was very pleased overall with the service. I will most likely call them in the future.

It couldn't have gone better. I am very pleased with Bryan and the company. I will use them again.

I was disappointed with the service because I thought that they would scrape the windows as part of the deal. However, the company stated that it would be an additional $15 per window to have this service.

They were excellent. They were very pleasant. They came when they were supposed to come. He was clean. He told me what he was going to do and he did a good job. There was no mess. He actually came in in booties. I would definitely use him again. The price was excellent because I have priced other people.

He was on time and agreed That the number of windows was covered in the estimate. He got his materials together and went right to work. He was careful with each detail, and although he was in the house for Part Of his work, he was so respectful and quiet that I forgot he was there. Upon completion the windows sparkled and I noticed that he cleaned not just the windows, but also the tracks, the screens and the window frame.

The appointment was scheduled over the phone at my convenience. The technician was on time and completed the work quickly. Nothing was out of place when he was finished.

Very Well. Only recommendation is that technicion carry razor for occassional hard to remove small object or spot or bug.

The serviceman came on time, was very courteous. However, the job was an okay job, but not what I expected.

Manager Rachel was very flexible and easy to work with in scheduling and adjusting the appointment time. Rob was careful, clean, methodical and thorough - terrific. This was a great introduction to the services of this company, and a trigger to wanting regular cleanings going forward.

I have used Atlantic Window Systems in the past and they have always exceeded my expectations. I recently had my window cleaned by Atlantic Window Systems. Chris, our window technician, was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. As stated, I have used Atlantic Window Systems in the past and will use them in the future.

I had a coupon from Angie's List for Window and screen cleaning for $59. The worker from Atlantic arrived at the appointed time, pleasant and neatly dressed. He cleaned all my windows and screens efficiently. When he left, everything in my home was in place and clean. I have recommended Atlantic to my neighbor.

He cleaned all my windows inside and out, as well as the window frames. He also went above and beyond the call of duty and scraped paint off some of my windows that the previous owner had left. He was on time, polite and did a first-rate job. This was a special from Angie's List and it was well worth the money.

Individual was professional and on-time. I wasn't able to be home during the estimate so they called my cell to get approval before starting the work. They washed all windows & sliders inside and out and they look great!

They come out and did a great job. No surprises. Was a bargain for the price, I was real impressed with it. They even followed up. I will be using them again. Very prompt service.

I was in a rush to get out of the house for a last minute meeting. They were very responsive, and rushed the cleaner to my house. Some of the tracks for my windows were/are still filthy.He came inside and cleaned the windows themselves. Then did outside as I left for my meeting. When I got back home, I realized that the dirty tracks were not attended to, and there was dirt on all of my window sills. They called to ask how it was, I said "fine" before I had realized the deficiency. Company was great and responsive, but the cleaner did not pay attention to detail. I would use the company, but request a different window cleaner.

They were not and clean. Very nice people that did the work.

The job was OK....my windows were filthy and had small specs of paint inside. Chad who was assigned to my house was 20 minutes late and did not call to inform me he was running late. He arrived at the house confused and I had re-communicate when i made the appointment that I paid for the special on Angie's list. However, my overall issue is with Chad is that he kept texting or was on his phone for most time while doing the job. (Not a problem if you pay attention detail like me) because of this I feel that he could have done a better job overall and we did not have to go over a few windows a second time. I watched him scrapped some windows and some windows were left with streaks which I pointed out to his attention. When the job was done I walked him to the windows that needed some attention - his response was "we charge extra for scraping and it was paint" which did not fly with me because I rubbed the spot I was showing him with my finger and it came right off. Regarding the additional charge for the scrapping....not a problem I would have gladly paid extra if I had know upfront before the job was started what additional charges would be and this would have set my level of expectations. At the end of it he ended up redoing the a few windows and they look great. Overall the job was OK and I would use this company in the future but I will not be requesting Chad.

Steve arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He did a very good job and actually did a little more than we asked at no additional charge. We were very please with his work.
