Atlantic Window Cleaning

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good and did a very good job. I would use them again even without a discount. They were friendly and very easy to work with. It was one person and he did his job very well. He was professional, courteous and thorough. We paid extra because we had a lot of 2nd floor windows but we were told we would have to pay for that. The price was as quoted. In fact, he did some extra windows that weren't included in the price.

The service tech was fast and efficient. There were a couple of upstairs windows that had to be re-done but he returned at a time convenient to my schedule and cleaned the windows to my satisfaction.

I had purchased a Big Deal for $99.00 to have them clean the windows in my home. They were extremely professional and courteous. I had a very nice experience with them and would absolutely use again.

Punctual, polite. Did a good job getting the windows cleanded.

The job was performed by two people and performed in a reasonable period of time. There were two minor problems. First, the pricing structure was confusing and I didn't really understand how they arrived at some of the additional cost until requesting a written explanation. Secondly, when the workmen were finished and departed, they had left one of the upstairs windows fully open. We didn't discover this until several hours later when we were about to leave and couldn't activate our security system. It was just about to really storm and had we not been going out we wouldn't have discovered the situation and there would have been water damage. Attention to detail makes all the difference. We were pleased with the quality of the work performed and would use this vendor again.

The person showed up exactly on time, was extremely friendly and polite, and did an excellent job on all of the windows and mirrors. I was very pleased with the overall experience and I would not hesitate to use Atlantic Window Cleaning again in the future.

First, this was a "substitute" for a $99 Big Deal with another company that never showed up for appointment. Angie's list gave me Atlantic to use as a replacement. I was a little disappointed that most all of Atlantic reviews showed prices in the $50-$60 range (while I was paying $99). When Brian first arrived he called-in to confirm my window count and that Atlantic had received payment already - and he assured me I would be OK because I only had 18 windows, That gave me idea that I probably was over-paying. The job went OK but not great. I expected that my window sills would be cleaned but they were still some dirt in almost all of them. My bathroom window had grime and some paint splatter on outside - Brian said he cleaned it but it didn't look too good. I got out my scraper and removed a lot of dirt film plus the paint spots myself. Then I asked Brian to re-clean it, which he did promptly. My biggest disappointment was in my guest bedroom - Brian was cleaning inside of window standing between window and the venetian blind. I asked how come and he just said he couldn't lift blind up. Later, after he left, I discovered the blind rod was off the window - I had to discover this myself - Brian should have told me the second he had difficulty with blind so I could have tried to raise it myself. Now I have a broken blind I have to replace. It all could have been a coincidence but I'll never know. All in all, I didn't get, in my opinion, a $99 job - more like a $60 job.

I was not home, my adult son was. The one window I wanted done, small one in the kitchen, he did not do. Told my son because of the screen?? That's why I hired a professional service. I was out of town and when I got back was very disappointed that was not done.

They answered quickly, made the appointment quickly and showed up when they were suppose to.

Great, Ken came out and did a fantastic job. I purchased the $66 angies list "deal" and had a few extra windows so it cost a few extra dollars. They called me back promptly, scheduled the cleaning for two weekends later. Showed up when they said they would and did a great job.

It was great. He came, explained what he was going to do and did it. He was in and out and did a great job.

Amazing. We've owned the house for 9 years and never had them professionally cleaned. We also don't have gutters so you can imagine the mess on the exterior windows. They were flawless in the execution and the end result were the cleanest windows I've ever had. Truely brought the outisde world into our home.

Robert was punctual, professional and very efficient. We own a townhouse and most of the windows are upstairs - Robert tackled them masterfully and without complaint. He even removed some overspray that the painters had smudged on a second story window which was out of our reach. Robert was very pleasant and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend Sabrina's/Atlantic Window again.

They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up when done. Windows looked great and they used a rain shield to help keep them clean after the storms.

He thoroughly washed windows inside and out, removed screens and brushed them down and reinstalled alarm parts. He washed and swept out sliding doors, metal runners and hardware. He washed two large mirrors. He was thorough and expedient, and a gentleman.

They were wonderful. They were very responsive, came when they said they would and could not recommend them any higher.

Great job by the company. I had 2x as many windows than the two story special but they only charged me additonal $50. Cleaned my entry way light fixture that is always tought for me to do. Highly recommend this company for fast quality service at a fair price!

I have used Atlantic window cleaning before, as they were recommended by my realtor for window cleaning, prior to putting my home on the market. However this is a job that needs to be redone after several months, so I took advantage of a 10% off coupon from Angie's list, and I also asked them about pressure cleaning, since i had been unhappy with my previous pressure cleaning company. I was extremely pleased with the results of both the windows and the pressure cleaning. I have a large one story home with many sliding glass doors and tall windows overhead, which would be impossible for me to reach. This time they sent just one person, who was able to do it all by himself and do a very good job. It is worth every penny of the reasonable cost! Also, I had to leave while he was working outside, and he actually called my cell phone to ask me about a problem that came up: while he was pressure cleaning the pool deck, he noticed that the paint was actually coming off, (as I mentioned, I was unhappy with the previous company, who had also done that paint job!) and did not want to continue without discussing the situation. I asked him if he might possibly also do painting? And as it turned out, he was also a painter, although this service is not provided thru Atlantic window cleaning. So i had him return the following day, on his own to paint the deck. I very much appreciated his honesty and hard work. My patio area is full of statues and large plants, which many workers are reluctant to move, but he made sure the job was done correctly instead of cleaning/painting around them! Best of all, he came back when the paint was dry to replace the furniture (and statues and plants) which had been moved into the yard...believe it or not, I have had people who just left everything out there for my family to deal with! The cleaning and painting made a huge difference, and I actually sold the house a few weeks later! I would absolutely recommend Atlantic window cleaning, as the prices are reasonable and they do very good work; they pay attention to detail and it makes a big difference in the appearance of the house. They also show up when scheduled, and work efficiently, and they did a good job even when i was not there to supervise....which is a sign of integrity.

They just came last Saturday and they did an excellent job. I would call them back because I thought they did a good job and the price was excellent. I don't know if they'll do it for that price again, but it was a good buy.

Arrived on time, offered the best pricing available, used eco products that did not harm my shrubs, was able to add on services I requested on the spot. Very tidy - left no equipment or mess behind.
