On time, professional, no upselling. Would absolutely use this company again. Great customer service. Did exactly what they said they were going to do without any tricks or additional charges

They showed up ontime. Were very thorough and efficient. They did all the windows and sliding glass doors in my house... and there were alot +24. I am so glad I used this "big deal" and would definately use them again. My windows are so clean, they are invisible.

They arrived a little early but with some small changes it worked out fine. They were extremely nice, efficient and professional.

They were willing to go on the roof and clean the windows I had no desire to get on a ladder and clean myself. He was pleasant and polite.

Mike arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional. His work was excellent and also offered to clean the mirrors in my bathrooms. GREAT JOB!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was awesome. He did a great job. The guy was very efficient. It was a good deal. They need to just make sure that when their people come out, the person already knows that it was already prepaid. Because my husband ended up paying for it even though I had already paid for it. But they took care of it and sent back a check right away. They were really responsive and got the check within a day.

Showed up on time, approved all the first floor windows into paid package. Reasonable price for second story windows, he was quick and clean!!

Atlantic Window Cleaning was great to work with and easy to schedule an appointment. On the day of the service they called to advise they were on their way and arrived ahead of schedule. My window cleaner was very very conscious of leaving everything clean as he worked and wore shoe covers when doing the interior. He worked very quickly, cleaned the screens and blinds as he went and did a FANTASTIC job with the windows.

Everything was A-OK. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient.

The service man was very nice when he showed up. He checked over my house and went to work immediately. He did not enter my house with his shoes on which I really appreciated because I did not have to ask him to remove his shoes. I felt like he put a lot of effort into making my windows look great and he did a very nice job. I highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Overall I was very pleased with the service. I called in to get a quote (and here is my only complaint) and the person on the phone said that a visit was not necessary and that based on my specs the price was to be b/w 125 and 135. I said OK. When the workman arrived (on time) he asked to confirm the price by counting the windows and assessing the situation. I have a remodeled house with all new windows (some very dirty). He looked and around and counted the windows and said the actual price was 150. This to me was fair and he did a great job unpacking and washing the new screens and cleaning in and out pluse the frames. He warned that he was not responsible for paint on the glass or frames that the painters caused. All in all I am very pleased with the service. Based on a couple of other reviews I think they need to get a better indication of pricing so there are no surprises. I would use them again.

Raul is the serviced provider that did my home and I was very impressed. He was fast, neat, punctual and polite. He did an excellent job and I will schedule them again. My husband even noticed the difference when he came home. I love my husband dearly but is not always the observant person I know. I have already recommended Atlantic windows to my best friend! Can't get higher endorsement than that!!!

Fantastic company. I made the appointment, they confirmed and told me who was doing the work. Very professional and responsive. The man who came to do the work was excellent, did a thorough job quickly and very professionally. Couldn't have asked for a better job or work with a better company....aces for the company and crew!

It was great! They came out the very next day and arrived when they said they would. It was the best window cleaning we’ve ever had and we look forward to working with them again.

As soon as I bought the coupon, they called me up to schedule the work so they were very good. I wasn't ready to have it done so when I did call them, they were able to do the work the next day. It was great.
