Chris, the technician, was prompt, knowledgable and through. He pressure cleaned our pool deck and porch area as well as cleaned windows inside and out, screens and two ceiling fans.

Great Looking to hire them on a regular basis

I have used this company before and have been satisfied. This time I was VERY disappointed. After the work was completed I looked at the work done and noticed that three of the windows were still badly dirty. I called it to the attention of the technician who had come into our home to get payment. I pointed out the windows that still needed attention and he told me this was construction dirt and could not be removed. OK, I paid him and he left. As soon as he left I took out some windex and a razor blade. In seconds I had removed what I could reach from inside the house. We are on the second floor and a ladder was needed. I than decided to call Atlantic Window Cleaning to tell them what had just transpired. A different technician was sent out to look at my windows a few days later and he told me they had a contract where they were not allowed to use a razor blade on windows. (I knew this was not true as I paid $5.00 extra per window to take new window labels off the windows the first time I used Atlantic). I sent him on his way. He did absolutely nothing. The next day I was sitting out front on the beach in front of our condo and was speaking with our new neighbor directly below us and we discussed the fact that she had just used Atlantic to clean her windows. She had the same substance on her windows and her technician used a RAZOR BLADE to remove the substance. Can you believe it!!! Guess he did not have the same contract!!! OK, now I call Atlantic back again and tell them all this. Another technician is sent in to look at the windows. Lo and behold it is the person who cleaned the windows in the condo below mine. He said she paid him $10.00 extra to use the razor blade on each of her windows. I told him I had three panes that needed to be cleaned and I would pay him extra to clean them, He said he had to call his supervisor to see what he said. My husband and I overhead him telling his boss that "iz hard, iz hard. He said he could not do them even if I paid him. Now, why would I want to agitate myself and use these people again.

The most unprofessional experience I've had with any business. You name it went wrong, late, unresponsive, poor communication, careless etc. Its all on camera and recorded so this review is accurate and hopefully will save another person the difficulty I faced.

I had an appointment at 1pm. No one showed up, I received a phone call from tech at 1 50 pm, stating that he is running late and that he can come at 330pm. When I have an appointment at 1pm, I expect the company to arrive at 1pm. The tech said that they have 2 h window to arrive after scheduled time. That was a news to me, since no one told me while booking my appointment. When I am scheduled to work at 7 am, I cant show for work at 930am. I would loose my job in no time.
