Response from Atlantic Window Cleaning
I don't mean to be disrespectful but I think this customer might be mistaken or upset that her coupon had expired before she was able to use it, this is just a guess on my part but what she states is absolutely not true; she never had an appointment that we did not show up for, she had an appointment that she canceled on us with no notice. The customer bought a big deal in 4/2012, we made several attempts to schedule with her before the coupon expired in October 2012. The customer never returned our contact attempts until after the coupon expired. When she called she said she didn't realize that coupon had expired or had an expiration date and was out of town during the time. We told the customer that she could apply the amount paid towards the regular price for her window cleaning, so she wouldn't be loosing out. She scheduled an appointment for 1/18/2013 @ 2pm, the customer canceled that appointment that day upon the technicians arrival and said she would call us back to reset. We called the customer on 1/21/2013 left a message about rescheduling since we had not heard from her, she called back the same day to say she would call us back in a couple of days. We never heard from the customer again and we attempted to reschedule her again on 5/13/13 and 7/24/2013 by leaving a message on her phone. Customer service is our number one priority, regardless if they are an Angie List member or not, we try to go out of our way to provide top quality service. The customer has a $49 credit and is welcome at any time to use it.
