Atlantic Window Cleaning

It worked out great. The man who came out did a really great job and did it quickly. It was really great to see sparkles in the windows again. I didn't expect him to do the sliding glass door but he did that too which was really nice.

We have used them twice. They are punctual, professional, and do quality work.

Communication is a problem at Atlantic. Non of what we agreed was held up. No return calls although promised. No quote over the phone but a piece of paper in the mailbox. Very difficult to get to talk to the same person. The one that showed up could not meet the quote given. Re-negociated with him on the spot and he worked his ... off for 9 hours, did a good job. Fantastic. I would use them again. Thorough, professional, efficient, and my windows look great! Mostly, the option to have the patio cleaned... it looks 100% better! I was VERY satisfied for the price, $175.

They are awesome. He did a very great job. I had some windows and I am disabled with one hand and I would never be able to cure up myself. He was so nice and great guy. He was very professional. He did a beautiful job. I would most definitely use them again in the future.

I hear wonderful things about this company. I NEED their services. I am still waiting for their call back to schedule a service date. From past recommendations, I would do business with them.

They were punctual, polite and thorough. They had shoe coverings for the inside part of the job. Was fast and efficient. I would definitely use this service again.

Easy to schedule, arrived on time. DId a thorough job cleaning inside and outside of windows. Have used before and will use again. No surprises, easy company to deal with and I have recommended them to a friend who was just as pleased.

It was less then a week from the time I purchased the service and the time it was done. Everything was great! They were here on time, very professional and finished the work in very good time. My windows look fantastic! I will absolutely use them again.

I paid for Angie?s list local deal and scheduled for window cleaning the next day. It started raining soon after worker arrived so He left and I rescheduled for the following day. Chad was sent and He did a thorough job. He was friendly; he was courteous and very competent at what he does. He removed his shoes when cleaning the inside windows of the house. I am pleased with the results.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good value for the service provided. They called to verify that I was at home and ready to accept the service. They were on time and were very conscientious about the way they handled themselves such as taking off their shoes when they came in the house and leaving everything clean the way it was before so I did not have to clean up behind them. They were definitely conscientious and neat.

We had not scheduled our appointment as we purchased our big deal in June and were planning an extended vacation shortly after that. In August, Rachel emailed me to remind me to schedule the appointment. This impressed me as they could have simply let me forget and the offer expire. Greg showed up right on time, was professional and pleasant. He was very careful not to track any water into the house (shoes left at the door). It did not take very long and the windows look great.

Bought the window cleaning special. The service tech arrived right on time and thoroughly cleaned all the windows inside and out including the screens. Total price was very reasonable for the amount of work performed. Would definately use Atlantic Window cleaning again.

I'd expected the window sills to be cleaned as well, but they weren't. The gentleman that showed up and did the work tried to scam me for more than the "special" price. He wouldn't leave til I paid him the inflated amount. After he left I called the office and complained, they sent him right back, he apologized and I rewrote a new check for the correct amount I'd originally been quoted. The office staff was very apologetic and kind!

Only one guy showed despite me telling them over the phone the size of the house (its a two story, 5000+ sq ft). I must admit the service was prompt and they were able to come out with short notice. We recently moved so the windows and tracks were extremely dirty. First issue came when the price that was quoted over the phone didn't match the price quoted upon arrival. Despite me explaining in detail the type of windows and the amount of windows to them over the phone when the worker came he added $100 to the cost, for the amount of windows (which I already quoted to them over the phone)! Because of the bad condition the windows were in and how desperate we were to get them cleaned we agreed to let the worker clean. Half waythrough cleaning I noticed the tracks were still dirty and when I asked why they werent being cleaned I was told that for them to do this would require an additional $111, all that was included in the service was a wipe down, not cleaning out the tracks. After going back and forth with the worker and the office for the misinformation I once again agreed to pay for the service. This guy was literally cleaning for 8 hours, he showed up at 10 am and didn't leave until after 6pm. it was a big task and understandably got tired coming to the end. Unfortunately I had to leave before he finished, when I got back home I noticed that the sliding door downstairs were not cleaned at all. I called them the next morning and complained that the job was not complete properly and it was propably because the guy got tired coming down to the end. They agreed to send him out again 4 days later, when he was available. Today he shows up and when I showed him the tracks he informed me that he cleaned them already and the dirt, dust, cob webs and moss that I see on all the windows, sliding doors and tracks were from AFTER he cleaned them a few days ago. This was what irritated me the most, he tried to make me seem like a liar, he refused to admit that he didn't do a good job and insisted that he cleaned the tracks 3 or more times and what I saw was a build up from the last 4 days! I wish I could upload the pictures to show just how bad it was and how impossible it is for all that dirt to build up within 4 days of a "GOOD CLEANING". This was by far the worst experience I have had with any service.

I canceled the deal and would never use this company again. Interestingly, I believe I've used this company before in my previous home which is almost 1000 square feet bigger and the cost was only in the neighborhood of $125. I want my credit card credited immediately. I am extremely dissatisfied with Angie's list.

Frances showed up on time and was very nice and professional. We have a large home and he and his partner were able to clean all of the windows in under 2 hours. When two of the upper windows in our grand room still showed signs of streaks, etc...they came back out and corrected the issue with no issues and they were quick (in and out). I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Our windows had not been cleaned for some time. He arrived on time and started to work right away. It was a hot day and he only took about an hour to complete the job. I would hire this company again.

How windows look wonderful. The two men who worked as a team were so nice. Can't wait to set up a 3 month schedule with them.

The service provider arrived on time was professional, careful and considerate of my home and furnishings and the windows were well done.

It was fine. It was very satisfactory. They came on time and they performed the task as expected. The price was, I think, fair. He was very quiet and just concentrated on his task. He finished, we paid and left and we were satisfied with his job. We actually have no complains or whatsoever.

This was a classic example of getting what you pay for. We were contacted by them and offered a discounted rate - $150 for most houses. We have a big house. They came and did an estimate first, $224, which is not a lot of money for cleaning all of our windows. At least not if it's done well. It wasn't done well. When the guy was done, I noticed several areas that did not seem adequately cleaned. He was supposed to clean the tracks at the bottom of the windows. This was done half-heartedly. Some tracks were cleaned. Others weren't. The particularly dirty areas at the sides were not cleaned. The insides of the window screens were not cleaned thoroughly either. I found dead insects hanging on them. On some windows there were obvious streaks left as a result of the cleaning. I walked around the house with him pointing out all of these problems. I shouldn't have even had to do that. For everything I pointed out he'd make an excuse. After he went around the house a second time, I still found more problems. He started complaining about the amount of time he'd put in already, and that our windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time. He said it was supposed to be a two-and-a-half hour job. Window cleaning costs $100 per hour? That last point is true - we've been here two years and hadn't had them professionally cleaned yet. We don't know how long it was before the previous owner had them cleaned. But he walked around the house first and gave us a quote. So honor your quote. Do a good job. Don't make excuses. Please note that I looked up this provider on Angie's List before contacting them. They had good reviews. I expected better because of that.
