It went well and I would use them again

The window tech cleaned the windows inside as well as outside. They look much better then before, he cleaned them. The coupon stated that two fans would also be cleaned, this was not done, but we did not press the tech for it to be done either. The slider tracks were not cleaned. My biggest concern would be that tiny dirty water spots were left on the floor, window ledges etc. This was found in every room, with every window area. I was able to clean this up quickly, it was just unexpected. My husband tipped the gentleman with a twenty. I am leaving top ratings, because the Angie's list deal saved me from dragging out buckets and ladders to clean my windows, for which I am grateful.

There they were very accommodating. I phoned them at the last minute and they were able to squeezd me in for the exact time I wanted. They did am excellent job and there were no additional costs. I actually had guests when the technician arrived and he went about quietly and completed the work.

Overall the cleaner did a fine job. The only issue we had was that he tracked mud all over our patio area which we need to hose/scrub off.

Shortly before the appointment time, had a call saying the person doing the work was running behind and would be here an hour and a half later and he arrived on time an hour and a half past the original appointment. He was very nice and worked efficiently. When the appointment was made the lady on the phone said that cleaning the window sills and slider tracks was part of the deal. Windows sills were not cleaned as well as I expected. Slider tracks were not cleaned. When I inquired about this being done, he said he would be glad to help me out but was running late for his next appointment. The sliders look okay until the sun shines in late in the afternoon. I realize it is hard to get windows cleaned until there are no streaks and he did do a better job than someone we had do them last year. Overall, I was pleased as everything looks much better than it did prior to the cleaning. When I called to make the appointment, I told the lady who scheduled that I needed more done than was listed on the Angie's list deal and she told me what the extra things would cost. However, she said to let him know what I needed done when he arrived. I believe this is why he was running behind and did not have time to do the slider tracks. I feel that when the appointment was made, they should have noted the the extras and allowed more time. This may be the reason he was not here at the original appointment time as a previous job took longer than scheduled. The only negative would really only be that the slider tracks needed cleaning. My husband is a disabled veteran and I am also disabled with arthritis and multiple problems with my back including back surgery. As previously stated, I was pleased overall, the man doing the service had a nice professional manner, felt cost was fair and I would definitely use this company again. I would recommend them.

was ok, still had hard water stains (Tech stated it was calcium or minerals) on the windows. They look better than they did, but not like I thought they would. I think perhaps I had to high of expectation considering the cost.

Atlantic came on-time and cleaned all of our windows and doors. We have animals that like to rub and paw at the bottom of our windows and doors. The windows just glistened after they were done! We will definitely use them again.

It went well, they responded promptly and scheduled the call. Prior to the call, the person in charge of the job called me with a conflict--he was honest about the cause of the delay and ensured that he would be there the next day to start and complete the work. Although I did not have a problem with the delay, it does warrant commenting on the "work ethic" to work on a Sunday to accomodate my schedule and the honesty of the reason. They gained my trust.

It went great. They were on time and did a fantastic job. Would hire again.

Carlos showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment. He did a fabulous job on our windows. We recently purchased this home as a short sale and it had been abandoned for almost one year. Needless to say, the windows were in deplorable condition. We've spent quite a bit of money rehabbing the property and clean windows have made a dramatic improvement.

The provider was pleasant and quick considering the number of windows and how dirty they were. I was pleased to come home to clean windows.

Cleaned 20 or so windows. Got up on ladders cleaned inside and out and he didn't take all day and he was on time. He was neat and extremely pleasant had no problem with our nosesy dog. Asked if I was happy, asked before he scrapped something off window. I want to be notified every time you have this special deal. Plus office called the next day to see if I was satisfied. Yep very.
