Showed up early and did a professional job.

There was a bit of a mix up in the beginning but they handled it professionally and 100% to my satisfaction. The windows have never looked better - I would use them again.

They cleaned all windows inside and out, plus three ceiling fans. The job was very well done and quickly. Would definitely use them again.

The Atlantic representatives were very professional and punctual. Although I signed up for an Angie list promotional offer, the offer only provided for a minimal # of windows and I paid for a substantially increased scope of service (without competitive bids). The work was done well, but I did notice some streaking afterwards, but generally a good job.

They were very efficient and reasonable. One man did the whole job for me. I have a lot windows, about 20 floor to ceiling windows. He was on time and punctual. He quietly went about his business and it took him close to 2 hours without any additional cost to the Angie’s List offer.

Unfortunately, the screens were not thoroughly cleaned so I had to ask the cleaner to return. There was no problem and he did a thorough job on the screens when he returned. I would use them again but just check the screens before the person left.

I cannot say enough good things about the two gentlemen who washed the windows, cleaned the fans, etc. Can honestly say that never have my windows been so clean. My daughter came over and told me I should keep my verticals open more often because of the view outside the sliding glass doors -- actually think the view looked so good to her was because the windows were so clean.

They cleaned all the windows and doors downstairs. They did a good job, but there were still some streaks and smudges. They look much better than they did before. | |He was disappointed we didn't pay extra for the upstairs.

They made an appointment about Sept 11 to clean my windows on Sept 26. They waited until Sept 25 to call and tell me they would not come on the agreed upon date. I had house guests arriving on Sept 28, which is why I had contracted for the window cleaning. I think it was very inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional, and showed poor management and no concern for customer satisfaction or convenience to wait until THE DAY BEFORE the appointment to notify me, giving me no opportunity to get the work done by another company.

There were some windows they couldn't get to because of the weather. Some of them had a lime coating. They did well otherwise.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. There were no extra charges. It was a good price. They were so great. They were fast, on time, and professional-looking. The guy had a uniform on. For the Big Deal, the price was great.

The employee did a great job. He was very polite and worked hard. He did not leave any mess. He was a real pleasure to work with.

It was fine. I would use them again. They did the work back in July for the amount that it's worth for. It was supposed to include the tracks but they didn't do that. I would use them in the future but I would be more specific in my needs.

The washer was very courteous and efficient. He even gave me tips for how to maintain the windows in between professional cleanings. I had tried to clean the screens before with a variety of products to no effect, but he made them look great!

It was really great. They did a great job. They were right on time, they zipped through it, and everything looks good. They came out right away. They could come sooner but I wasn't available sooner.

Cancelled service 10/31/13 after atlantic window said there would be an additional $30.00 charge.

I wasn't too happy with it. The individual who came out was very nice, but he was not very thorough. I thought he had done a nice job when he had completed the work, but after inspecting the windows, I noticed he missed several spots and didn't clean any of the screens.

Excellent thorough job. You could tell the window cleaner (Brad) took pride in his work. Will definitely request him next time around.

Provider arrived on time, did it excellent job. My only complaint is that on my arrival I was told that it was an extra $15.00 charge, which I was unaware of, and the AD did not speak to any additional charges. The workers were very professional, neat and courteous, in spite of the extra $15.00 charge, I would use them again !. They did an excellent Job, my house is now bright and sunny.
