Mark was a soft spoken man came right on time to clean my home windows. Although he missed one inside of my garage window, he Completed the job on time and to my full satisfaction. People at office who had scheduled the job was also friendly. Will definitely recommend to my friends

nice guy, did a good but not great job. didn't take the time to scrape off small items that were stuck to outside of window. left some blinds up, closed others.

The gentleman who cleaned the windows spent over 6 hours working. I would highly recommend their services.

For the price, you cannot beat it. We did find some minor streaks but for the price would do it again.

The windows and screens were cleaned very well but the window sills in two window sills still had dirt that wasn't removed.

My review is mixed. The service was excellent and I plan to use this company again. My gripe is with communicating the price: I was quoted $99 for windows and $80 for hurricane shutters; then I received a phone message touting a $79 Fall special, on which I followed up and was told it was so. When I called again to discuss this discrepancy, it was explained to me that these prices were estimates because unless the house was looked at, a real fee could not be determined. I could understand the logic, but did not appreciate the sell, i.e., being told there was a special and then not being told up front about it being an estimate. The two persons who performed the job did so quickly, competently, and professionally. They were respectful.

Windows were fairly old & had some areas I did not expect to come clean. Basically the windows were clean & streak free in the end. The inside of the last window was overlooked (I discovered later). I could tell that he was in a hurry to get finished so I believe that is how the window was overlooked. It is likely that I will try someone else next time.

My first impression was good. Someone actually answered the telephone. Nothing less reassuring than a one man business that thinks they have a sophisticated answering machine. They use subcontractors. The day of the appointment I was contacted because the contractor's pressure washer was broken. Not impressive. If that was my business, I'd have a spare. They arranged for someone else the next day. Charles showed up the following day. He did an excellent job. The charges were in line with the going rate. Charles cleaned up after himself, did not leave any dirt on my hoses. Used my ladder and put it back where he found it. In short, pressure cleaning is something that doesn't have many entry barriers. A lot of people do it, and a lot of people do it poorly. I was satisfied however, and would use Atlantic again. I would ask for Charles but I hope you will not during the week before Thanksgiving. I want Charles to be available.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was great. They introduced themselves, he was fully prepared, had the stuff he needed. Came right in. Saw the layout of the windows and he went right to work. From North to the South, East to the West, it was done. Very fast, very professional, did a good job. Nothing negative at all. In fact it was very positive. He not only did the windows but he did the mirrors too. He actually went above and beyond. He came out in a timely fashion and took care of it.

The representative arrived early, in uniform, neat and courteous. He cleaned all windows including the lanai and front door leaded glass window inside and out. He also used a drop cloth to protect the floor where he was working and covered his shoes with "booties"

All my windows and screens were cleaned very well and recommended to do my mother's home.

Simply put; they did a fantastic job!!

i usually check work but did not think they would leave dirt and should have called back..just very busy ...wish I had been paying attention!
