They give you an estimate over the phone based upon the size of the home and whether it is one story or two. Then you make an appointment for a window cleaner to come out. There is no obligation should the quote be higher than what you were given on the phone. For me, I think they quoted between $150 - $170 - it wound up being $189 - which I totally understood as I have some extremely high, large windows for a one story home. The window cleaner was neat, polite, fast and went over the windows after he was done to clear away any additional spots that he saw. He was done in about 2 hours time for our 3800 sq foot home. Will definitely use them again.

The technician was very prompt. He was neat and careful not to soil the carpet. The windows really needed cleaning and he did a great job. I would use them again!

They did an excellent job. They were very efficient and they did the job fast. The windows were very nice and clean inside and out. They were very polite. It was a good experience. We spent a little bit more than the big deal price because we had more windows than just the basic but I do not know how much the cost was since my husband took care of the bill. It was a very reasonable price. The quality of the service was excellent. We made an appointment and they came when they said that they were going to. We would absolutely consider using them again in the future.

They sent someone who was absolutely wonderful. The individual who came to perform the service was very competent and he did an absolutely excellent job and the windows had not been cleaned in a year. I had not been feeling well and had not been able to deal with anyone coming in to do anything before this time. So this is the first that I as able to have someone to come in to do any work. So they really needed to be done very badly. He did an absolutely incredibly wonderful job. He did all the windows inside and out as was stated on the deal. He was a very clean worker and very neat. I was very pleased. We have had a very good experience with everyone we have called from Angie's List.

I had been looking forward to getting my windows cleaned after a construction project at my home. The windows were covered with a fine dust that can be challenging to remove. The window cleaner showed up on time and went through every window both inside and outside And had them all done within a few hours. I had purchased the a deal and it covered 23 windows. I had a few more than what was covered and they added those for an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

The gentleman that came here washed all the windows, inside and out. I had more that 23 windows so I had to pay extra but he did a great job and it was worth every penny! I will use them again for sure.

It went very well! This was the first time I’ve used them before and I’d definitely use them again. We had them clean all the windows in our house, as well as the atrium window. The quality was excellent!

Problems scheduling. Provider did not show up and did not call, when I called they had a different time written down. Didn't show up for the second time and didn't call, when I called they said the tech was in the hospital. They did offer to find another tech to come out but at that point I had other obligations for the day.

This company is just fabulous. The gentleman who did the job was prompt and did a very, very thorough job cleaning all of our windows, inside and out. I would highly recommend them. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I will be calling them again.

Very professional and prompt. I took advantage of the online special ($99) and then he quoted me an extra $60 for a few extra large and high windows. I thought the price was very fair for doing all the windows and screens in this large house. He spent 3+ hours and I am very pleased with the work. I would definitely use this company again.

They were not willing to come to my house stating that they do not cover the area although their ad stated otherwise
