Atlantic Window Cleaning

Everything went well. One window cleaner came out and cleaned about 15 windows for me. They did both sides of the windows. He was on time and I had no issues with scheduling. The window cleaning was a basic cleaning since I do keep them pretty clean myself.

Windows and sils were cleaned properly.

The washer arrived on time and worked carefully, quickly and thoroughly. He finished in less than two hours what would have taken days for us to do. Hire Atlantic to get your windows clean and spend your time doing something else; that's our advice.

I have used them before. They have called me and asked if I needed service. I like their services. I have used them three times and they do a very good job. I will use them again.

They had a super deal offer. Send them an email at their contact email requesting some additional info before I purchased the discounted service. Never heard back.

They did a reasonable job but they missed a few windows. They were were supposed to show up the next day bu they were a no show. He was a nice guy, but I was disappointed that he didn't show up. I called the company to let them know he didn't show up, and they didn't really try to reschedule anyone. So my wife and I cleaned the missed windows ourselves. Update: They called me back this morning to apologize for the technician not coming back out to re-do a portion of the job. They will be sending me a refund in the mail. I appreciate that they called back to resolve the issue.

I was not able to use this deal before the holidays so I contacted them in the beginning of January to schedule for a few days later than the coupon expiration date of Jan 22. They would not honor the coupon price but only offered to put it toward the full price. I felt that this was not acceptable.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List for interior and exterior cleaning on my first floor windows for $109 (up to 23 openings), normally a $179 service. I have a ranch and about that number of windows so I prepaid for the deal. I called and spoke to Rachel to schedule the date and time. Chad arrived on time at 8:30 am on the agreed date. He explained that he would first provide an estimate since I have a few more openings than the deal covered. He told me that it would be an additional $25 as I have dividers in my windows on the outside. I said that was fine and he told me he would start outside and the exterior would take about 1.5 hours. It took right about that time to complete the exterior. Then he came inside, removing his shoes before entering. The cleaning of the interior windows took another 1.5 hours. The windows look great, especially the sliding door. Chad was friendly and conscientious. He took care when cleaning. I am very happy with the service and plan to use them the next time I need the windows to be cleaned.

A very courteous young man arrived a scheduled and went right to work. He removed the screens, cleaned the windows and replaced the screens. He then cleaned all the inside windows.

Atlantic Window Cleaning did a really good job. They were responsible, as far as time and all that stuff and consistent with when they said they were going to come and how long it was going to take them.

All windows and patio door windows inside and outside were cleaned. Technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. In addition to cleaning all windows, all mirrors were also cleaned. Windows and mirrors were sparkling clean. Very pleased with job and would recommend and use again

He did a good job cleaning, but the windows I have are a Plexiglas, so the type of cleaning tool he used may have scratched the surface. I'm not sure if it was already scratched as I just moved into this house, but overall he did a great job. There were some extra costs because I had about 3 or 4 extra windows to be cleaned. What he did was perfect. He was polite and thorough.

Francisco did a wonderful job. He arrived in early A.M. and spent about 5 hours on our two story home. We could not believe the difference. It's a wonderful service and we will definitely be using this company again.

Deal said would cover 23 standard window cleaning. When representative was here the price went up and wanted to charge more for colonial style windows. The deal does not mention anything about colonial style windows. Please issue a full refund immediately.
