He was excellent. He stayed longer because he wanted to do a quality job and he did. He did everything he promised even if he took long. He was careful and did a great job.

That tuned out well. They cleaned the inside and outside of 20 windows. One window cleaner came out and it took him about an hour. He also brought his own cleaning supplies.

They came out but they did not do what the ad stated in regards to the screen cleaning, debris and window part itself. They did clean both the upstairs and downstairs windows though. I called them while the provider was here; I was disappointed for that, since they did not do what the ad stated. I even read that ad to the lady I spoke with on the phone and I feel like they let me down. The glass itself was sparkling when they left. I did have to also have Angie’s List reach out to the provider to contact me in the beginning.

I have been using this company for many years and they have pretty much always done a good job. The guys are pleasant and professional. I have had about 20 different guys from this company clean my windows over the past year and only didn't care for 1 of them.

He scheduled the appointment to fit my needs. He did a great job. He was very thorough and conscientious about moving things away from his ladder. He was also very neat.

Professional, but had to point out where the windows needed to be redone for spots that were not removed the first time.

Despite the confusion about how Atlantic goes about counting the number of windows to be cleaned, the technician did a great job on my windows, ceiling fans, outdoor lamps and my patio table. I would use their services again.

I'm not really sure about the date. But it was about a year ago... I feel bad not giving them all a plus. But they don't stop calling me. Every months asking me if they could clean my windows. I have been asking them for the past 6 mos to stop calling me. I will call them when I am ready.. They tell me every time they would take me off the list. Every 30 days I get the same call. It really is annoying.

He was on time and very neat. He said it would take a hour and a half and he finished it in time.

Everything worked well and they did a great job. We purchased a big deal from Angie’s List. It was a nice man who came to do it and he seemed very professional, did his job and cleaned up. We were very happy with the work that he did.

I purchased a deal from Angies List for about $135 for 23 windows. I was told there would be an extra charge for additional windows. Any time windows were counted (for hurricane shutters or washing), I was told I had 27 windows. The way windows were counted by the service person, I have 90+. I have never had windows "split" into so many sections. The work was excellent, but I ended up paying twice the amount. I am moving into a much smaller house, so I would use these providers again; however, if I were staying here, I wouldn't. I have never paid this much for window cleaning.

When the tech cane he counted the windows and the special was $99.00 but he said it was for 23 windows only. He counted the windows and said that he would have to call the office and get a price. He went to his truck and I waited for a price, it was now $149.00 becasue of the window count. I said thank you for coming and he then said he could clean the windows on the outside only for a different price but he had to call the office again, I said thank you for coming and he left. Why wod you only want the windows and sliders cleaned from the outside only? I still have not had them done yet

I paid extra to have them clean additional windows. The service was fine. He was efficient, fast and went over the areas I pointed out that were not done correctly.

It went great. The person arrived on time and was very professional.

He was very good. He came on time and he did the work very thoroughly. He cleaned the windows inside, outside as well as the screens. We had less windows then what was included in the two deals so he cleaned the mirrors in the bathrooms. It took him a little longer to complete the work because it was down pouring.

I came upon Atlantic Window Cleaning service for the first time when a contractor sent them to my home to clean two newly installed patio sliders and decided to have them clean all of my windows for an upcoming graduation party. When I noticed the great deal offered on Angie's List, I could not resist...did I say I HATE TO CLEAN WINDOWS!!! The company is very easy to deal with and once you are on their list, they will call regularly to schedule cleanings and tell you about special offers. They are always professional and do their best to please, but just remember, they are humans not machines so the end job may not be perfect but it will be a vast improvement for your viewing pleasure! The service tech arrived much earlier than I had requested but came back later so I could complete cleaning all of the window rails and seals prior to his arrival and compliment his sparkling windows. Job well done!

It was a pleasure to deal with Atlantic. They answered my call promptly, scheduled service quickly, the person cleaning my windows showed up a few mins early. In my book that's an A+. Overall it was a very good experience and I will use them again and would recommend them.

bought an angle's list special to have windows cleaned. the details specified that up to 23 windows were included. we have a smaller house (about 2000 sq ft) with the usual amount of windows. the cleaner arrived and immediately began counting windows to come up with a different estimate. he then informed me for $260 he would be able to clean all my windows. it felt like a bait and switch. I asked that he only clean up to the 23 windows included in the special. he did a good job cleaning the windows and it took about an hour.
