They were punctual and thorough. They did a great job!

My experience was very good. They did a nice job. It was easy to get something scheduling. There was one technician here doing the work and it took about 45 minutes to finish the job.

The actual window washer was a guy. He was nice and when he arrived, I asked him if I could pay an extra fee and have him wash the blinds on the windows as well. He said NO PROBLEM because I was his last stop of the day and he had plenty of time. He quoted me a price and said he'd give me a job I would be happy with. When I came back to check his work, the windows were clean but the blinds were horrendous and the dry dust and grime was now wet dust and smeared all over the blinds. When I wiped one with a rag and showed him how bad they yet were, he just said he didn't have time to do them any better, and he was in a hurry. Not sure WHY since I was his last stop and he said he'd be happy to take care of them and give me a job that I'd be happy with. He cut the extra fee for the blinds but still charged me a small amount extra for his extra time. I didn't feel like fighting it out, so I just gave it to him. He did a decent job on the windows but the event with the blinds left a BIG sour taste in my mouth...prob enough so that I won't use them again...unfortunate.

It was okay. They did not want to clean the areas like they were suppose to so I had to continue to point out windows that they have missed in entirety. They charged extra than they said that they were gonna charge. Some windows were dirty and they blamed it on the sprinkler system so I went out there with them and showed them how they can get it off. The doorway in where you wipe out when you wash, debris would fall down in the sliding door area and they said that it was not included so I had to print out the ad, show it to them where it certainly was included that they would wipe the door sill. I had to encourage them to honor the gift certificate and that was a problem for me. I even asked them before that it was included and he really didn't want to do it even though it wasn't that dirty. It was the second time that they came and did the same thing and they missed windows and they wouldn't do doors. I had to give them extra cleaning materials. They did not honor the price as agreed but they responded right away.

Arrived on time, professional, didn't waste time. Windows looked good, but they always forget one window and have to come back.

Frank did a good job. He arrived on time, and started right in. He was unable to clean the shower doors because the buildup on lime on them was too much to be dealt with. He gave it a good try, but they had not been cleaned in a very long time. Everything else was done well and efficiently.

The man arrived right on time and went to work- was done in about 1 hour- did a nice job. Now I can see out of my windows with a clear view.

The only would suggest cleaning up a little afterwards. Was very satisfied and will use again. He showed up 10 minutes early and that was impressive.

He was very professional, pleasant, and personable. He went the extra mile. I have already suggested him to one of my neighbors.

Called beforehand to confirm. Very neat appearance. Well-spoken and courteous. Moved any furniture or knick-knacks that might have been in the way and carefully replaced them. Cleaned the windows quickly and neatly. A really good, fairly priced service.

Chad showed up early and did a good job. He did miss a window that i did not see until he left.

Bryan showed up on time, explained what he would be doing, and immediately got to work. Several hours later, we had a houseful of sparkling windows, clean screens and fans. I couldn't be happier with the end result and highly recommend Atlantic and Bryan.

Approximately one week ago I signed up for the $109.00 deal featured here on Angie's List with Atlantic Window Cleaning. Last Friday we set up an appointment for 8-9 AM on April 8th. Precisely on time their technician Brian Sautter presented himself. I briefed him on my home, and he quickly went about meticulously washing all my windows inside and out. The fee also included the washing of three mirrors. He even climbed a ladder and rolled back some accordion hurricane shutters to get to a difficult to access window. I found Brian to be very polite, friendly, accommodating to my all wishes, and highly professional. It is so nice to be able to see the outside world again!!! The windows were washed expertly and meticulously. I am extremely please with the service that I received from Atlantic Window Cleaning, and will not hesitate to use them again. I also feel that I received great value for my money. Atlantic Window Cleaning is a winner!!!!

They did a great job. There was one guy here doing the work and it took 2 hours to complete. The technician called to inform me he was running late and it was not a problem for us. The results are good of the window cleaning. I felt the price was good for what they did.

Very good job. Windows look good for the first time since I moved in.

While there was some discussion of increasing the cost due to lattice work in the windows, this was offset by the lack of cleaning of specific inside windows due to dogs being isolated in those rooms. Worker was professional and quick.

I bought this Big Deal January 29, 2014 but didn't use the service until March because of various home repairs. Cara called me 3/13/2014 to remind me that my Big Deal was about to expire so we scheduled for the 18th between 8:00 & 9:00 AM. Juan arrived around 7:15 AM and we were not quite ready. He surveyed the scope of the work and informed me that I had 31 panes and would have to pay extra. I had counted 14 horizontal sliding windows, 2 patio slider doors, and 1 very large picture window. I expected that the doors & large window would cost more but thought the cost would be covered because I had less than 23 windows. He insisted that his count was correct. I called the office and spoke with Andrea who told me that the "Fine Print" stated panels and not windows. I went back to the offer/fine print which stated WINDOWS not PANELS. So, Andrea said she'd send another technician the next day. Francisco arrived the next morning & did his assessment. He was very puzzled by the quote from the previous technician and even stated that this was an easy job! He even asked me if I had any mirrors or fans that need to be cleaned because I was eligible with what I'd paid. He did an excellent job and was very polite and professional. I do, however, have a concern about the phone conversations with Andrea. She was very polite but was clearly uncertain on some points. There was someone in the background telling her what to say which was adding to the confusion. I do think that a supervisor or the owner should have talked directly with me instead of giving directions to Andrea. That was not very professional.

It went very well. The windows are very clean. One screen was broken in the process of the washing and they were extremely responsive about fixing it for me.

They did an excellant job on what they did; however, I don't believe they cleaned with the clr on the upper portion of every window. I could be wrong on that, because the hard water film is difficult to get off.

That turned out great. They did a good job and came when they said they would. Two window cleaners came out to do the work. They were also very thorough and it took them a couple of hours.

This was a Big Deal special and well worth the cost. I definitely recommend their service and I will use them again.

First man came out was totally unprepared with his equipment (said it was home in his garage) Came 2 hours later. Did not put covers on his shoes to protect my carpet until I told him to do so.. He left a dirty rag on my carpet in the bedroom. Told him NOT to clean the screens as they were all new. He did so and left streak marks on them as well as tearing the new screen on my door. Windows were not clean. He did a horrible job. I called the company and eventually a supervisor came out to re-do the windows. He did fine. (he was amazed at th lousy job the guy did) I was told by the office (two times) that someone would be out to repair the door screen. NEVER happened and it has been over a year. Not happy!!!

Very polite and professional. Will highly recommend them for anyone.
