Atlantic Window Cleaning

My wife was pleased with the work but they missed one small window in our storage room above the door that's why I gave a B on quality but the other windows were cleaned well. The price was a little more than advertised because we have windows that are larger than average size. We will use them again.

The technician was very nice. The timing didn’t work out well so they didn’t do the interior of the house which I paid for. I spoke to them about the issue but they never got back to me.

The service was fine. They cleaned the interior and exterior of windows and the screens. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They were good to work with. My only slightly negative comment was I was given a window of time for when they were to show up and he was running late and he did not call to let me know. However, the results of the window cleaning were great!

He was onetime, very professional, reasonable cost and I would refer him to anyone in a heartbeat

Overall it went OK but I think I misunderstood the Deal. I thought it would just cost $99, but it cost more. I would probably shop around next time I need window cleaning. The quality of the cleaning was good, though.

I also had them remove some overspray from a paint job for an additional fee. It took them 3-4 hours to do the work. It turns out that the window sills were not included. They were professional and easy to work with, though.

Vendor was able to accommodate my requested date which I really appreciated as I had the day off and had arranged for several vendors to come. The washer arrived on time and got right to work. Although a couple times my HOA pressure cleaned the building before repainting my upstairs windows had not been truly cleaned on the outside since I moved in 1998. What a difference now! He did a fantastic job-even cleaned out the window sills and slider track, cleaned my 4 ceiling fans and left a coupon for future service. One of the second floor windows was not accessible outside due to a screen enclosure so he leaned out the window to clean it. I only had half the number of windows of this Angies's Deal but needed the second floor cleaning so purchased the deal anyways. Not only do I not regret it but I plan to book service before the holidays in December as I more than got "my money's worth"!. Service was great and I am so pleased with the results!

It worked out well in the end. A- overall. The second guy that came out was fantastic. There was some initial confusion about the pricing and scope of the work, but it all worked out. When I called the office to straighten everything out, they were very nice. The end result of the cleaning was very good, even though they just brushed the screens vs. removing them to clean them. They were right on time and I would use them again.

They sent Bryan and he was really great! He came exactly on time, very nice and polite, and did a fantastic job. Done very quickly and competently. No mess, very clean and efficient. I would highly recommend this company for having your windows cleaned.

I enrolled for service and within about 1 hr received an e-mail response to call for appointment. We set up appointment at my convenience - they were very accommodating. On date of service the technician was running a little late and I was called to be given an update. The tech arrived and was extremely courteous and professional. He did an phenomenal job cleaning windows, door tracks, etc. Some of the windows were difficult to get to because they were in an interior atrium and on the 2nd floor. He went about his work and I can't think of enough adjectives to say how great a job he did. I would not hesitate to recommend this provider and would definitely use them again in the future. A little aside - I got a bonus of some mirror cleaning as they were running a special. What a great surprise that was! Thank you.

Daniel was on time and did a great job. I bought the big deal for $135 that was good for up to 23 windows, inside and out which I thought was a great deal since I simply can't get to the 2nd floor outside windows that easily. The deal also included cleaning screens but they really weren't that dirty, especially since I take them out come rainy season and at that time, I clean them before putting them away for the season. I was able to get the sunroom windows cleaned on the outside which put me over the window limit so I had to pay a bit more for that. They were overdo and really needed cleaned and I knew I wasn't going to do it anytime soon so I was willing to pay extra for the convenience. Since the initial window cleaning, Atlantic has called on various occasions to notify me of other special deals which is appreciated given my hectic schedule; it's nice not to have to have one more thing on my to-do list where I have to find/take time to initiate a call!

The technician did a really good job. My only complaint is they advertise that they wash the screens when what is really done is the screen is wiped down.

Bryan arrived exactly on time and was courteous and very pleasant. He was extremely thorough and careful about not damaging any of my window treatments. He also used only soap (Dawn) and water and a squeegee and no chemicals which is what we were told to use on our newly tinted windows. I will most certainly use this service again and will request Bryan.

Charles was punctual and polite and never stopped for a minute. My windows were sparkling when he left. I would recommend him to my clients and would definitely use him again for my personal home.

I had used this company before and they did such a good job I hired them again to wash windows inside and out. Very professional and had my windows sparkling.

The service was fantastic. He cleaned 14 windows, glass doors, screens and fans of my one story home. He completed the work in a couple of hours.

I justt moved into a house that hasn't been lived in for a while and it has 48 windows. They came and cleaned all of them and the entire house looks different. Great service that I will be using again

Fantastic service all around. From the phone call to set up service to the actual service man by the name of Mark. A young fellow who was so cordial and really worked hard. I only had the outside of the windows done as I had cleaned the inside myself. Mark is tremendous and the young ladies who answer the phone were fantastic too. I called to ask what time Mark would be at the house and they told me they'd call him and get back to me. They returned my call within 10 minutes and Mark came earlier than the slated time. I will use them again next year.
