Atlantic Window Cleaning

This new house of ours was abandoned for over 2 years, can you imagine what the windows looked like?? Well when I went to inspect at the end of the day, I walked in my Florida room and said to myself: he forgot to put the screens back up! then I realized that the window was so clean that I just could see thought it. Great job guys!

Darren showed up within the appointed period and began work immediately, starting outside on the windows and screens, then moving indoors. We barely saw or heard him until almost done; he just did his job - very quiet, very professional. 'Finished the job and on to the next. Windows are squeaky clean and clear - look like new. Three notes: 1. We would have appreciated having Atlantic call us to schedule the appointment rather than posting a message in Messages asking us to call them. A phone call is what several other providers have done for us as first-time customers and would have made a better first impression. 2. We would have appreciated an appointment confirmation the day/evening before to make sure things were still on track. This is particularly important to us as it was about ten days from purchase to appointment during the busy holiday season. 3. The tracks for the horizontal rollers were not swept or vacuumed for sand and bugs so we did that ourselves afterwards. No big deal. We look forward to repeat business.

My husband thinks the screens were not cleaned and the windows were not cleaned well. Very noticeably streaked. I felt that our money was wasted.

I have a two-story home and saw the deal of $135 that they were offering for standard size windows of two-story homes. I wasn't sure if my 18 windows were "standard" size and I also have a set of French doors and two large half-dome windows at the second level. I called and spoke to Rachel who thought most of my windows would qualify and the rest would be an additional charge. She said the window cleaner would give me the cost when he came and I could decide. She was able to give me an appointment for a few days later so I agreed. Shawn showed up on time as scheduled, even calling ahead to confirm and get directions. After evaluating all my windows, he told me the cost would be $175 for everything and I felt that was reasonable so he proceeded. He did an excellent job finishing in a little over two hours. The windows are sparkling clear and we are very pleased! Rachel called a few days later to see if we were satisfied and said they will contact me again next year to see if I want the service. I know we will!

We had some issues scheduling the service, when we finally got the job done it was definitely worth it!

I called to schedule the appointment for a day when I would be home on vacation this week and the company was very nice about fitting me in to the schedule! Bryan showed up on time and completed the job within 2 hours. The windows look great and the two ceiling fans look nice too. A great job, thank you!

From start to finish went way beyond my expectations. Turned up right on time, cleaned the 40 year old windows to where they actually sparkled , the sliding glass door was so clean I thought it was open and almost walked into it. Fantastic job !

I have used other window cleaners before and have always been disappointed-I am really particular. Don't want to see any hazing or streaks. These guys did an amazing job! Windows looked stunning!! Two brothers drove all the way up from Broward to clean my windows in Jupiter. Arrived right on time, were really nice and courteous-I will definitely hire them again and recommend to everyone I know. Super job, I am now a big fan of Atlantic Window Cleaning.

He showed up on time and worked very h****** each and every window in my home. He has cleaned my best friends windows also and she had the same fabulous results. Will use again in the future.

They are very over booked, very unorganized people, the quality of service is very poor. The guy called the office and was very sorry, the office is very unprofessional. 1 man to clean a 2 story house at 3 pm for 30 windows, I was scheduled for noon however he showed up at 3.

Well, I forgot I paid online and left a check with my husband. Man took check. I called my husband back and said I already paid. Man was gonna take check. Then he said we had more windows than we had last time. For extra $30.00 so I said he didn't have to do windows blocked by Bahamas shutters. I think he ended up doing them. My husband thought he had gotten smart with him. He was the same man as last time as he remembered our dog and he was great last time. It would take some convincing of my husband to use again.
