Atlantic Window Cleaning

They were quick to respond and set appointment for service within two days. They were on time and did a great job. My only wish is that the service included cleaning the window tracks! I should have asked if that was something they did. Very happy with service and saved me hours of work.

The individual who cleaned the windows arrived right on time, was very pleasant and did a great job. Very happy with the service and will use them again.

Windows were streaky, left soiled cleaning rags in various rooms of the house. Stepped in bushes around windows and tracked dirt in house. We had some one before that did a great job, Frank I think. The gentlemen that came out in Nov. wasn't close to the quality of Frank. I will try once more.

It was great! They did a superb job. We had more windows than the deal covered but the price was right in line. Overall, we had them do more than a couple dozen.

Got most of the windows clean however left all the sills still very dirty and need to be cleaned.

Bryan turned up on time, was polite and friendly. Explained what he was going to do and how long it should take him. The window were sparkling clean and it took exactly as long as he said it would. I would definitely use Atlantic Window Cleaning again and highly recommend to other Angie's List members.

Confusion as to the cost of the clean because of a miss calculation of windows on the cleaners part. I was expecting the tracks and screens of windows were to be cleaned but they were not cleaned. I phoned Atlantic and they came out and quickly remedied the situation to my satisfaction.

The service was fine. They came out shortly after I purchased the Big Deal and the Big Deal of $109 covered everything. They came when they were supposed to. He was a nice guy and it worked out fine.

The original price quote was for a limited amount of windows, so the prices was higher with actual window count. Still a fair price.

Charles went away and couldn't put the furniture and plants back on the patio. The window washer was very nice however slight of build and didn't get to the top of the back tall windows and therefor weren't clean. The worse part of this experience was when he replaced the umbrella into the outside table he broke the tabletop and ripped the the umbrella! I called the company and asked them to replace the table top and they told me it was too expensive and will take too much time! I then found a company in West Palm beach who was very busy but I pleaded with him to please come and replace the top. We had house guests coming for the holidays. He was terrific and came immediately and came back with a new top in a couple of hours. It cost us $350 ! The only problem with this replacement it was clear plastic because Plexiglas is no longer being made! We did not pay for the windows which cost $139. This was a very stressful experience and will not be repeated with this company.. !

He did a super job, left no mess behind, was courteous and hard working. I feel he undercharged for what he did.

they were very fast in getting back to me to schedule appointment and was out within days. it was a tought job but went above to make sure it was done right!!!

Provider called to schedule the appointment. Got there on time, washed the windows with his own supply of washer and water. Even Took screens off. Went extremely smooth.

Our serviceman, Charles, was very personable, but went about his business, unless you had a question. He worked methodically and with expertise. You could tell he was very experienced and worked with confidence. Identified problem screens and had some suggestions, also instructed me as how to clean them in the future. I was very pleased.

It went really well. They had open availability and we were able to schedule right away, whereas other providers we considered didn't have any immediate openings. They were polite and professional while in my home.

They were very unorganized, came to do work on the wrong day and told me it was for an estimate I explained to him I purchase a deal on Angie's List and he was supposed to be coming the following day to do the work he stated he was never told that. I let him stay to do the work and I could have done the work myself. He was supposed to clean 23 windows and clean screens he did not clean the screens. He was finished in an hour and a half which if he did everything the deal stated should have took him longer. This was the third time I used the company and the first time I used them through Angie's List. I will not be using them agin

The service worked out fine, they were good. The person who did it was polite, and nice and they did the job. The work was well done.

They emailed me the night before stating there was going to be a $25.00 surplus charge. They stated that the charge was because I have used the company before and I wasn't allowed to use the deal. I have requested a refund.

Very late. Worked in dark. Claimed to do work while I was attending to family issue. Inspection after he left shows that he was not telling the truth. Then there was a prolonged and inappropriate discussion of price. I tipped him $20 thinking that he was telling the truth. Nope. A slacker. Unfortunate... I blame myself for being too busy to visit the windows that I thought were undone and that he claimed were done while attending to my family issue. Shame on him and Atlantic.
