Atlantic Window Cleaning

The big deal from Atlantic Window Cleaning was for one story of residential window cleaning for only 99 dollars purchased on June 17 of 2014. It was okay. We were satisfied with it. It was done professionally, quickly and on a good level. I have already used them again.

Brian was very courteous and professional. He did a very good job and I will be using their services again in the future.

It turned out very well. They did a really good job. They supplied the cleaning supplies. They did the interior and exterior including the sliding doors. They cleaned up after themselves.

It was fine, the guy was great. They were very good. i will use them again. The additional charges are because I asked to do some extra work. The guy was on time.

I purchased the $ 99.00 window cleaning special from Atlantic Window Cleaning. The scheduling was effortless, they were very accommodating. The representative showed up within the parameters agreed upon by the company and myself. The Rep was Courteous and Professional, he began work right away and did an excellent job. I would do business with this company again.

Very nice gentleman but overall quality was poor. Should have looked around before he left because there were still spots showing and mildew.

Very pleasant man did job efficiently

Everything went perfectly starting with my initial call on a Thursday when I got an appointment for the following Monday. I was able to pick the time I preferred and the young man who did the work, Kenny, was here promptly at the appointed time. The work was done thoroughly and meticulously. After washing the windows on one side Kenny would go to the other side to be sure there were no streaks or spots that he missed. I will definitely call this company in the future when I need my windows cleaned.

I emailed to ask a question about a special that was running. It was $135 for 23 windows on a two story house. I got an immediate call back. I stated that I may have a few more windows and they said they would give me a final estimate when they came out. I scheduled it for the next day. Unfortunately we had lots of rain so I rescheduled without a problem. Steve came and gave me an estimate of 153.00 for 27 windows. He started promptly. It took about three hours. He was pleasant and efficient. He also cleaned my ceiling fans. It was a great experience and I will use them again.

He was very professional. Prompt. Made no mess and got the windows crystal clear.

They were fine and they did a nice job. They were punctual and I had no problems with them. The scheduling was fine.

Had to change the original appointment time from morning to afternoon due to the window washer having car trouble. Time allotted to the later appointment was cut short due to window washer's child being sent home from school early due to pink eye. the work that was performed by the window washer was very good but adequate time was not dedicated to all that needed to be done.

I responded to a "deal" on Angie's List. I entered 3 dates that would work for me and then waited for them to contact me. It took several weeks to hear from them, but once we set up an appointment, everything else worked out great! I would definitely use Atlantic Window Cleaning again!

He displayed a strong work ethic, capability, attention to detail, efficiency and courtesy. At the end our windows and the exterior of our house looked beautifully clean. The young man that came out (I believe his name is Josh?) was on time and ready to work. Our windows had not be cleaned in a very long time. When he was done, he offered to clean our mirrors or 4 fans inside our home. We chose the mirrors since my husband had recently cleaned our fans. He was very polite and professional. We will surely call Sabrina's Atlantic window cleaning in the future.

called Atlantic Window for question. Booked March 9 2015 for 8AM. Day came we rearranged some errands and work and they never showed at 8am. At 8:40 am i called their office and the same person i booked job with told me that it was between 8 and 9 am that they would show up. At noon i left to go do some errands and have never heard from them. I would STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU QUESTION THEIR REVIEWS. I CANNOT BE THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM.

Serviceman did a good job, but on arrival he immediately told me that my windows were not "regular size" as noted n the deal. He told me they were "colonial" windows and I would have to pay $20 more because he had to wash individual panes. If that was the case, it should have been stated in the deal. I consider these windows to be "regular". Additionally, when the check to Atlantic Window cleared, it had not been endorsed by them and had been deposited in a "credit union" account. I thought that was odd and wonder if the serviceman pocketed the $20.

My experience was good. There was one person here doing the work. I felt he did a really good job.

It went well. He came not just on time, but a little early. He came in, gave me an estimate based on the additional windows and the condition of the windows. He went to work. Did a great job! Gave me a survey to fill out and left. I would use them again. He took great pride in his work. I recommended the company to 3 of my friends.
