The service tech arrived promptly and set about the job washing the windows inside/out, including screens. He move furniture as required. The work performed was to our satisfaction.

Excellent. They were prompt and went straight to work. They finished very quickly and the job was well done.

Greg arrived right on time, and began immediately. He washed the outsides of all the windows first, and wiped the mullions between the panes. Then, he came indoors and did the same with the insides. He cleaned up after himself, and was friendly to my curious cats! Very nice guy, and he did a great job.

Greg was courteous and professional, I will certainly ask for him again. Did a great job on our very, very dirty windows. We will definitely use Atlantic Window Cleaning again.

We have used this provider at least 4 times. Each time we had all of our windows inside and out cleaned for about $150. This time, we were quoted a special rate of $135. After the window cleaner was half way through cleaning the outside windows he told us the cost to clean all windows inside and out would be well over $200. When I called the office for an explanation they told me we have always been an outside only customer. When I told them this was not true, they argued with me and said I must be wrong. I will never use Atlantic Windows again. They are dishonest and rude.

The service was done by AJ who was very professional and did an amazing job. He arrived right on time and did a survey of the house. He then explained to me what was covered by the offer I had paid for and how much it would be for the extra windows. AJ was very efficient and was finished with all the windows in about 2 hours. I was very happy with the results and I'll definitely hire them again.

We could not be happier. Showed up on time and did an amazing job! We will be using this service every 2 months probably for the rest of my life! I don't think I will ever wash another window!

Paul Silva was the service provider. He was clean-cut, polite, professional, accommodating, efficient and neat. It took him 3.5 hours to do everything. He was constantly in motion. He did a meticulous job and I would definitely call the company every 6 months and request that Paul does a "repeat performance." I was so impressed and pleased that after he left, I call his company and gave him a raving review. My windows are sparkling clean, and it makes me feel good...thanks Atlantic Window Cleaning Co..and thanks Paul!!!

Total bait and switch, I used them last year, they only did an "ok" job had to come back for a second visit to get it right. I live in a two story home, they did last year for $99. They called and said they would like to clean my homes windows again this year for $99 so I said yes. The first appointment I was called by the tech who was lost on the other side of town, then an hour later they said the truck had broken down and had to reschedule. Then on the reschedule day, the tech shows up and tells me he will only clean the first floor windows. I called the office and told thats all they want to do... TOTAL RIP OFF AND BATE AND SWICH, THEY KNOW THE HOUSE AND BID THE PRICE, AFTER STAYING HOME FOR TWO DAYS THEY WANT MORE MONEY? NO THANK YOU!

The deal that I bought was for 2 story 60 windows. Had no idea how many windows my house had, a lot more than 60!! We worked out a deal to have all the windows on the first floor cleaned and about half of the second floor. I was very happy with Chad's willingness to work with me.

It's a fantastic company. They have a great followup. They did an excellent job. The guy was on time and really careful on details. They did a very good job and followed up nicely. They didn't try to up-sell me or anything. It was a very nice experience. It's A overall. I would definitely use them in the future.

Brian arrived at exactly 8:30. He was professional and well prepared. He did a quality job and represented the company very well. I will use again. Great job!

I was pleased with the window cleaning & screens but not with the way the tracks were done.

He arrived early. Which I like and fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Work was thorough and well done. When spots were found and pointed out after cleaning, they were removed individually.

Bryan washed all of our windows, inside and out. He was very respectful of my need to rest as I again wasn't feeling well. He did a beautiful job, and my windows looked fantastic! I would definitely contact this company again, and request Bryan Soutter. He cleaned 9 windows, and 2 large sets of sliding glass doors as well as our storm door. I didn't realize that mirror cleaning was part of the deal, but I asked him not to do them due my not feeling well. I was just thrilled to have the windows done!

UPDATE: the price and date have been updated. The information in the company's response is correct. My original information was based off my memory. However the rest remains true. If they quoted me a basic clean, then they quoted me incorrectly. I was very descriptive in what I needed. Then they provided me a quote. So it is extremely misleading to quote a different service than what was requested and assure me that the service I requested will be performed. I did not complain when they followed up since the price was so cheap and even if they were willing to redo the job, I did not want them coming back to my house since they were rude while there the first time. The two call dates provided below are the two times I spoke with them telling them I am no longer interested but the calls persisted anyway. I have received numerous calls which appear to be automated. It has become so bad I have blocked them from my service. I am not interested in any discounted services. Bad service at a discount is still bad service. We had just recently moved into a house that had been sitting vacant for several years. The windows were loaded with debris and bugs and needed a thorough cleaning in order to be opened and used. I explained this when I called for a quote. They sent someone out for a quote and because it was very reasonable I booked the service right away. As I started moving through all the windows of the house I noticed that they were cleaning the window glass but not the inside. I explained to the guys that when I had called for the service I had explained that this was my main concern and what I was looking to have done. They sighed and rolled their eyes, then grabbed a rag and bucket and began quickly wiping the inside of the windows. They did a very quick job and only cleaned what one wipe of a rag would pick up. Needless to say there was still a lot of dirt and debris left behind. I was still not able to open my windows during cooler weather. I was also told as a free promotion that my ceiling fans would be cleaned. They were not. I was less concerned with price than making sure my windows were thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I was fully aware that the condition of our windows would make it a bigger job and would probably cost more. That is why I made sure to explain how bad they were before they came for the quote. So I do not know why the proper service was not performed. While I initially thought the quote was very reasonable for what I asked, I now think it was ridiculous for what they did. It was such a quick, half effort of a job I could've done it myself. I had no desire to request a redo since the experience with the workers was so bad I didn't want anyone from this company coming back. I called it a loss and preferred to have it redone by a company I trusted. In addition they call non stop now to solicit more business no matter how many times I have said no and asked them to stop. This company is a sales driven call center. They perform the work as quickly and cheaply as possible. They are obviously driven on quantity not quality. I have been bothered by them more than any other telemarketer or phone scammers. While I'm not one to complain and had no intention of reviewing my service, the endless calls have convinced me otherwise.

The technician did an excellent job. He was prompt and very eficient. The windows were VERY CLEAN as were the screens. I dont know how he did all that so fast !

Juan arrived punctually at the agreed time. Our house has 51 windows with some 2 stories high. A very professional job. I would use this service again.
