It was okay. There was no extra cost. I don't think he did a really good job. So, I would not use them again. He did not leave the area clean before he left. It was average. They need to change their attitude. It just looked like he didn't want to be there.

I was told a crew would be sent, when in fact one young man with a bucket, ladder and squeegee showed up. I was very skeptical at first, but I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. He washed all the windows with one exception. I have a high window, very long, above my bed. He had no way to get to it. (I would have thought a professional would have the tools for all situations). He took great care to leave no streaks, and when I pointed out two spots that were not done properly, he quickly corrected it. He really did a great job. Just proves, don't judge a book by the cover! I wouldn't call him a pro, but he did a very good job and would use him again. It was probably better not to have a crew with people all over my house. It was very easy to make sure nothing got broken and I could put things back in place easily as he finished each room. It would have been nice if he had wiped the sills of the sliding doors, but that would take a professional. For the money, you can't beat it. My windows are beautiful!

Arrived early and was very professional. He did an excellent job cleaning the windows.

I called and spoke to a nice person who set up an appointment for me . The tech's were there half an hour early. Nice! I had a coupon for $139.00 to wash 23 windows, inside and out, and to clean all the screens. The tech, Frank, told me that my home fell within those parameters . I fully expected an up sell. No up sell, and he went on to tell me that they would also clean my ceiling fans or mirrors! He actually did both, and told me my ceiling fan blades were loose and got a screwdriver to fix them! I have an old house and I haven't cleaned the windows in years! They were terrible. When they finished, I actually went up to my living room windows and touched them because they were so clean that I thought they hadn't put the screens back yet. I am really happy. They also gave me a $10 coupon off the next cleaning. I will be using them again!

Arrived within quoted time frame, worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional, very personable, did an excellent job and was very helpful.

He cleaned the screens, Windows inside and out and took care to place everything back in its' right place. I would use him again.

I ended up paying more because of higher windows. They asked me to use my ladder instead of getting their own. One of them just went to my bedroom without asking me first that he was going to go clean the windows there. I was trying actually to move the objects and he said, "No. Let me do it." So, I didn't like the attitude. I started putting things away to make room for him to work on the windows. He said, "No. Let me do it." So, I thought that at that point he probably had broken something already because there were two objects that were broken. I just don't know if it was him or if it was my cleaning lady. But, I think it was him just because of this comment of his. He was like, "Let me do it. Let me do it." So, I thought it was very weird that he was coming into my own house and that he would move my objects. I thought it was really really weird. So, I would never use them again. When I called the company saying one of my objects was broken, they were not very pleased. They were saying, "No, my guys work very well." So, they didn't care for my feedback.

I thought their pricing was a little misleading. I had a number of windows that I wanted done and they charged extra for windows that had another part on top. They should put a size on there that tells what size windows are included in the deal. I ended up paying a little bit extra and I eliminated a couple of windows.

It went well.....however the first appointment made for a Monday......a NO SHOW ....when I called they had no record of the appointment. It seems they need to clean their data base. They had me at my old home address, and they had the former owners listed at my current address. I believe they use out side phone people thus its easy for the screw-ups. I would still use them again. I

Great job. This is second time using them. Only comment: First visit's guy needed a personality, second visit's guy was great.

The gentleman called on his way and showed up bright and early, and on time. He walked around the house to count the number of windows and doors he would be cleaning and provided an estimate on the additional cost, since the Angie's List deal only covered a certain number and type of windows. I was expecting to pay over and above the Angie's List price, but was a little surprised that it came out to $140 on top of than the $99 Angie's List deal. Nevertheless, we agreed to it, and the gentleman went to work. He worked hard, as some of our windows are really high and really huge. He got the job done, and we were overall satisfied.

The appointment went as I'd expected--the cleaners were punctual and quickly began working on everything I had arranged when I called a week prior. Service was quick but done very well. Being that I had a relatively short window to get the job done, AWC made sure that it was taken take of.

Worked very fast and missed a few spots. Also I expected screens to be removed and scrubbed as I would do if physically able rather than just wiped in place. I probably misunderstood what was meant by cleaning screens . Wiping them in placeis not my definition. Man Very nice but suggest he slow down as overall cost compared to time spent was not very good deal.

I had to be on top of the tech, during my lunch break of all things. Only one person came out, when I would have expected more for 17 windows post-construction at my home with drywall mud and adhesive. The tech said he was finished after a 2hr wipe down of the windows which is not a construction clean. HOWEVER, the managers did respond promptly and the tech did do the job properly in the end, however, wasn't as thorough as I would have hoped for $70/hour of labor for one tech.

Originally they were to come out on Saturday (8/26) to do the work. They called that Saturday to let me know the tech had car problems and couldn't make it. I asked if they could send another tech and was told they would need to call me back. After waiting an hour and not hearing from them I called them back but got their voicemail. I left a message and tried again an hour later to just leave another message. Needless to say I never heard back from them that day and waited for them to show. The Monday after I called the office back and was told the tech was supposed to call me. The lady I spoke with apologized and asked me if it was OK to reschedule. I gave them another shot and setup an appointment for Friday (10/2) @ 12:30pm. The tech was there when i arrived and started to work immediately. After about two hours the tech said he was finished so I paid the bill on Amex over the phone. My cousin happened to be in town and walked outside for a smoke break. She then asked me to come out to look at the horrible job they had done. I was shocked at the way the windows, frames, tracks and doors looked after just having them cleaned. I called the office manager and sent her photos of the work. Instead of addressing the issue she replied by saying they do NOT wipe down tracks or clean the frames of doors. They said I would need to get someone to come out to pressure clean the windows, frames, tracks and doors. Before they came out I had asked if they cleaned windows, tracks, frames and doors and was told YES. Now they are telling me NO and i need to pressure clean them. My reply was I did not receive the service I expected so please come back and do a quality job or give me a refund so I can use another vendor. The person I was speaking with tried to defend the poor job and would not come back or refund the money. I called Amex to dispute. I will never use their service again

Juan did a great job! He was quick, quiet and thorough. I will continue to use him to get my windows done. The team who helped me schedule the appointment was also great, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Juan arrived on time and prepared. He wasted no time getting down to the job, and continued to clean the windows and screens with the precision of a well oiled machine. He moved through this job from beginning to end, tirelessly. It was 91 degrees outside. He informed us about the condition of the windows and screens as he worked and made good suggestions on affordable ways to correct problems. All the windows had a filter applied to block out sunlight which made cleaning harder. We did not like the filter, so Juan offered to take it off of one of the windows that was particularly scratched and ugly. He did a great job and that window gives us a clean, clear of the view outside. All the windows and mirrors sparkle now and look their best. We are getting the house ready to put on the market for sale. Juan's professional cleaning job will undoubtedly get us an even better price. Juan washed 19 windows and screens. He removed any and everything attached. That included sliding glass doors and the track. He sparkle cleaned a bathroom mirror that measured the entire width of the wall. He cleaned the mirrors in three bathrooms.

All went extremely well. I am very pleased by the results.

Customer service was beyond poor and decided after multiple attempts to get some answers that I would not do business with them. Never followed up with a physical quote like I asked several times and asked for a manager because agent was rude and she refused.

Showed up on scheduled day and at scheduled time. Quoted a fair price to add windows to a special purchase. Too many windows for one person in allocated time. Scraped paint on outside of house with the ladder. Shoddy job on most windows inside and out. Didn't clean tracks of sliding glass doors.

Exceptional showed up on time worked very well very professional.

The cleaner arrived on time. Was very neat and was very thorough in everything he did. A perfect job.
