Atlantic Window Cleaning

In the past we have had superior work. He was on time, he was prompt, he went about his business and did his business. We have these sliding glass doors and we particularly didn't like it that he didn't clean the track.

Brandon the technician was a little late because of rain in the morning but he was in catch up mode and set to work. I now have 16 spotless windows and two sparkling French doors. This was the best $99 I ever spent. He's fast, thorough, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Window Cleaning to anyone.

It worked out very well. He did a very, very good job on the cleaning. He was a little bit late getting there but I think that was because the job before him took longer. It was close to perfect. I found a couple of spots that still were left with smudges afterwards but 99% terrific. My interaction with them was extremely good. The guy that did the window washing was extremely nice. He got there at 1:30. The people I spoke with were extremely pleasant. Everybody was very, very nice to deal with. I gave him a tip of $20 because he did such a good job and he was such a nice guy. It was an extremely good price.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It turned out pretty well. The fellow who came -- what he did was a good job, but what he didn't do is lift up the windows and clean the window sills underneath. I thought the windows would be easy to go up and down but I had a hard time because it was all dirty underneath. He never did the windows underneath. You assume they are going to lift it up and clean underneath. He just cleaned inside and outside. They could not come the first time so I had to schedule for another time. What he did clean was a good job. I asked him about doing the Florida room and he said he doesn't do that. He said some of the other fellows in the outfit may do it, but he doesn't. He was on time and was punctual. He was polite and professional.

They give you a window of arrival time. I chose 8A-9A because the first time I tried to set up an appointment I selected later in the day and he was running late so I decided to reschedule. If you have a big job select first appointment of the day. Frances was very professional and excellent at what he does. They have all the right tools to do the job. I would hire Atlantic Window Cleaning again.

We purchased the offer in January. We first scheduled the service for February, but it was raining that day. We called on Monday to schedule for Wednesday. Alex did the work and he did a great job. He was here for about 3 hours. I've never seen our screens and windows so clean. We will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

There was a major hiccup but the owner made good on the work with a very timely refund and full damage reimbursement.

It didn’t go well. The job was not done very well. The window was moist. He said he was cleaning the screen, I think that was part of the deal, I didn’t see that done and I think he wiped it with a dry cloth. It was poor quality. He was very professional.

The man's name who came to my house was named Steve and he was a joy to work with. We laughed and joked the whole time. I WILL use these people again. He was efficient and gave us advice about window care.

Best customer service I have had in years.
