+ -1 moreThis was a $99 big deal purchase. The services were fine. I felt like somehow the deal was not as good of a deal as it was advertised to be. I can't remember exactly. I paid more than the price of the deal because I had more windows so I had to pay extra. I used them in the past and I thought they did a better job at the same price.

When we finally were able to set appointment correctly, we were very happy with the job that was done and would not hesitate to use provider again.

This house was purchased a year ago and the old Florida style and regular windows had not been cleaned for years. They were really gross. Wow, now we can see the bright Florida sunshine. We highly recommend them. It was not easy to get decades of crud off. Price and service can not be beat. We will have them back on a regular basis for sure. For sure go with this company wether you own a mansion of a tiny home.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 special for 23 windows. I have 21 windows. They called me to tell me that they wont accept my Angie's List coupon for the price I paid. I have a 1 story home, normal sized windows, nothing fancy and only 21 windows. They told me it would be $166 again as I had previously used them. If I had remember it was the same company that I have had issues with in the past I would have never hired them. They changed names, They bait and switch. They tell you one price on the phone, and the technician comes out and says wont do it for that price. They are bait and switch, its what they are. From now I wont trust Angie's List, I will trust my friends, I will do it that way. I thought I would save labor by having Angie's List, but I don't Know, its not what I thought it would be.

+ -1 moreThey're good. They're not great on cleaning around the windows but they make the windows look really good. They clean the windows but they are supposed to clean the track and the frame and they don't always get those as clean as you would like, but the windows look great. They're easy to work with on the phone, they bill me over the phone and mail me the receipts.
