Atlantic Window Cleaning

They missed the day they were scheduled to come out. I called and that apologized, we rescheduled. I thought he rushed the job, he left water drip marks all over the french door frames. Some of the windows had water stains and I feel like he did not want to take the time to try and get them out better. It was average work, was not horrible just ok.

Atlantic did a fine job cleaning the outside of our windows and screens.

Windows had a lot of hard-water scaling which they did a great job of addressing. The gentleman that arrived to do the cleaning was very professional and courteous!!

I think they were overpriced. I have no complaints on the quality of the work. The interaction with the workers was okay, nothing special. They did a good job, they were fine.

We were the first appointment of the day and he was 20 minutes late. He did a good job considering how long these windows went without cleaning. The tracks were not cleaned, it was just the windows. We were charged around $90/condo. I had to give my credit card info by calling the office after completed. Make sure you tell them you need a receipt prior to transaction completed.

I discovered Atlantic Window Cleaning a while ago, through an Angie's List special. They arrived late but did a good job. There were 2 windows they could not clean because they had mineral stains from the sprinklers and he was out of the right solvent. This company has very aggressive phone marketing and call a few times a month (caller ID, Sabrina's Window Cleaning) to solicit business. I accepted their offer last time they called. She offered a "special promotion" for cleaning inside and outside windows for $170 dollars. I asked about the weekend and the salesperson suggested Monday. She mentioned it was $5 cheaper. I agreed and asked them to come early the following Monday. She said they could only give me an appointment window from 11:00am to 1:00pm. I accepted that and took a long lunch break to be home for them. The eleven to one window came and went with no call and no window cleaner. I called them at 1:05. I told the woman who answered the phone they had missed the appointment and I could not wait any longer. I would have been happy with sorry or, let me see where he is or, can we reschedule? Her reply; "Okay, I'll let him know." and she hung up. Even the cable company pretends to care when they miss an appointment window. The only thing worse than poor service is indifference which equals no service. Atlantic Window Cleaning appears to have so much business that they can be indifferent when they miss their commitments. If being valued as a customer is important to you, look elsewhere.

Francisco was on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after he was finished. I would highly recommend Atlantic.

It was very good. The young man who did the work was very nice!

The first time I made the appointment they didn't show and said I wasn't on the schedule. Which I was because they called to confirm. The service was fine, the only thing I didn't care for was he didn't do the tracks on the outside of my glass doors. I recommend they finish the job well, on the inside and out. They called to follow up and I mentioned it. They said someone would come back but they didn't.

This is the 2nd time I have used Atlantic Window Cleaning and had Antonio do my windows. He is conscientious, polite and very thorough. I will make sure to ask for him each time.

We didn't have any issues with them this time. The only issue is the special's, how much extra you will pay. If you have one floor at $99, problem is how much to charge for the second floor. They have been doing the same house for two years, cause its a new house, I say the house should be the same. If you have an $99 special, and it ended being $165, so I would expect it to be $165, for the $99 special, but we never pay the same price. One time it was $147, but we paid $165 for the same work, same house, for the same effort, this is where I have a problem. They should look back, and they certainly keep their book record, we always go to the same company, we slim to none change companies, and their work is high quality. I should not have to haggle over the prices. In the meantime we will stay with them. Its difficult with an special, we have no problem when they come, but its difficult with an special, and it should not be. It should be $99 for the special, and not add extra windows, this is not an house in process. I would tell them that they do really good work, at reasonable prices. They were very good.

It did not turn out too well. We had been using them for years, and on this particular deal, we have two floors, and its for one floor. Normally, they would charge you an additional amount, it was complicated this time, wasn't easy as it should be. If they are going to charge you extra for an deal, it should be listed in there. That was the issue. The work is fine, we have been working with them for an number of years. We paid an additional sixty six dollars, and you know they change these rates for two windows,for two floors all the time, and you never know what you will be paying for two floors. Cleaning is far more important than the price. They need to have an clear estimate, before the work is done. The workers who did the work were very professional, prompt, professional, very efficient, and the work that they perform is at the highest standard.

It went fine, very nice guy, friendly, professional. Another friend showed up later and they were chatting quite a bit, but the job got done and I was satisfied enough to ask for his card for future reference.

It didn't. They never showed despite telling us they would be here, then, when we called because they didn't show up when they said they would, telling us they were running late and assuring us that they'd "be there by 4:00." No one showed up or even called. No explanation, no apology.

Great as always--have used this company several times and have been very pleased each time.

They send you out a form for details on window cleaning. They said it would be 89 dollars based on our form. When they came out, they said they couldn't do it for 89 dollars and that our windows were too big. He said it would be 129 dollars. I spoke with the company regarding my complaint.
