Description of Work: They cleaned all windows and screens (23) on the first floor of my house and did an excellent job. Prior to thier doing the job I had some problems come up that forced me to reschedule and they were very accommodating and pleasant about it

Description of Work: Raul was schedule to come on a Saturday between noon and one. It was overcast and he called me around 10:30, said he was near my home and asked if it would be ok if he started on the outside. I have a two story house with several sliding glass doors. Raul did a great job. He was very professional and polite. My windows now look wonderful!! I won't wait so long next time.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List for a one story home. I received an eMail the next day to call for an appointment and when I called I was able to schedule for the next day in a two hour window. The cleaner arrived only 20 minutes into that window. He counted the windows and informed me that due to the windows above my standard windows that here would be an additional charge of $20 for those. This seemed reasonable and I agreed. He proceeded to clean all the windows, and they were very dirty, perfectly. I am absolutely delighted with the result. Every window looks crystal clear and shines. Excellent experience!

Description of Work: Chad did a real good job cleaning my windows. He said he wasn't sure exactly how many windows as he didn't get directions on this morning but I was under the required for the service. I did forget to have him clean my 3 fans that were part of the service special, but I was happy with his service. I will use this company again in the future.

Description of Work: The man I had came in, very quickly and quietly he got to working. The cost was explained in full on the phone when I made my appointment, and when the tech showed up as well. There were no surprises. The windows looked great. One thing would have liked as part of the window cleaning, was cleaning the metal that is around the window. They only clean the glass (inside & out, and very well, but literally not anything else on the window). The metal, by the latch & in the corners, has lime build up (or something) and looks gross to me. This is a new house for us, so I'm not sure exactly what is on them, but it's gross. I'm thinking that's more of a cleaning service job (although they rarely do windows). Perhaps they could offer that part of window cleaning as an add on, I would gladly pay for that. |The glass on the windows were very clean and the tech was a nice guy.
