Atlantic Window Cleaning

I sent them away after he stated a higher price that was originally given.. They charge extra for having colonial trim.. because it needs to be done one by one by hand.. really.. can’t use a squeegee So I’m gonna be charged extra for a hand cleaning... Don’t mind my other widows they want square easy jobs.. I’m my opinion just plain lazy.. my entire house not like that just front windows..

Wonderful. They arrived on time, got right to work and completed the job in a timely manner. The windows were so clean rhat you could hardly tell that there was glass in them. I will definetly be using there services again.

I had 21 windows and 2 sliding glass doors cleaned inside and out today, and overall I was very pleased with the results. When it was time to do my windows, I initially contacted the company I've used before, but they blew me off. I contacted a few other highly-rated companies I found on Angie's List, but Atlantic Windows was the only one that responded (via e-mail), the day after I used the Contact Us form on their web site. Once I heard from Atlantic, we exchanged e-mail a few times to schedule the work, and they were very responsive. Things didn't start off well. When Steve showed up for the appointment (about 10 minutes early), he seemed to think he was just there to give me an estimate, and told me he didn't have a long enough ladder to reach some of the upstairs windows. This was on a Friday, and he told me someone could come back on Monday to do the job. While he was here, Steve gave me a quote of $199, which was based on the $155 two-story cleaning deal here on Angie's List plus additional charges for the sliding doors and other extra items. $199 is less than I've paid in the past, so it's a good price. Today, Raul came to clean the windows, arriving about 20 minutes early. He was very professional, worked very quickly, and did an excellent job. It took him about 2 1/2 hours to complete the work. My previous window cleaning company would send 2 or 3 people, and it would take them just as long. Raul did the outside first, then worked inside. He pointed out that he had to be extra careful when working outside with the ladder, because our building has an architectural foam trim between the first and second floors which could easily break if a ladder leaned on it. Since things turned out well, my rating doesn't penalize Atlantic Windows for the false start. I won't hesitate to use them again, though next time I'll make sure they know to bring the right ladder when they come.

Robert was prompt and courteous and did a fantastic job. The job took longer than expected because the windows needed some extra TLC. The price was excellent.

Atlantic was efficient, punctual and my windows have never looked better. They were particularly dirty due to outside landscaping and painting. They took their time and made the windows look clean and new. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

For the most part, it went very well. While the cleaner was a very nice man who appeared to take great pride in the quality of his work, he was a little too chatty and the stains that he stated were defects in the window were removed with the use of a window cleaning spray.

Charles was wonderful: neat, professional, worked at a good pace. A young gentleman. I recommended Atlantic Window Cleaning to my son; he used them (Anthony was not available) and said they did a great job for him, too.

Sabrina company left water spatters on my floor and furniture that I had to wipe up. There were smudges on many of the windows that were missed. They blamed it on the painters on Monday with the smudges were there prior to the painters. They said they would clean the tracks to my slider doors. Barely touched. You get what you pay for.

It was fine. Some windows still weren't clear after cleaning.

It went well. It is always hard to know if there will be streaks or drops until the sun shines again the next day. He spent a long time working and overall it was very good... I was very happy with his work ethic and he was very respectful and worked hard.

Time of arrival was a major of issue. The person calling to confirm the appointment was emphatic about an 8:00 am arrival time when my husband asked if it could be closer to 9:00 am. Consequently, I was ready at 7:45 am. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, at 9:15 the worker called (sorry didn't catch his name, I'm hearing impaired) to let us know he was 15 minutes away. He said he was told to come at about 9:00 am. Poor communication. I'll think twice about calling them again despite the great work done. Too bad.

They did a professional job of cleaning all my windows and glass sliders. Arrived promptly, was polite and did an excellent job.
