Description of Work: When I made reservation for window cleaning I also asked if they did power washing. They said they did and could do it the same day as the windows. When the window cleaner came he knew nothing about the power washing. He also did not know that we had prepaid for the window cleaning. We ultimately spoke with Atlantc Window Cleaning and they sent someone later that day to do the power washing. The person that cleaned our windows was not going to clean the inside window tracks and I had to ask him to clean that area. I don't think I would use this company again..

Description of Work: The price was good. The people were polite. The end result was BAD. The windows were spotted and streaked. Looked worse after cleaning than before cleaning. Would NOT recommend this company.........

I apologize for a bad job, I'm actually shocked to hear that you had a bad job and we were not notified of this. We did call your home on 4/20 to see how the window cleaning went on 4/19, and have called your home for a follow up visit on 8/2012 and 11/2012 and never were we informed that your were unhappy with the job. We stand behind all of our work, if you would of notified us we would of sent someone out to re due the job. Again I apologize and we would like to extend a 50% discount for the inconvenience

Deal Excludes: Cleaning beyond the above: Additional standard window panes $3 each; non-standard $5. Post-construction work, water spot and paint removal. Atlantic Window Cleaning offers these services at additional cost. $25 Charge for two-story homes I’m sorry to hear that you were not completely happy. The Big Deal can be quite confusing, the deal was for a One Story Home with 23 windows or less, if you have over 23 windows you would pay full price for the remaining windows and if you have a Two Story home you pay $25 additional making your deal $149 for 23 windows or less. You had a two story home so automatically you will pay $25 additional for 23 windows or less, you had a total of 35 windows(only 11 of these windows were standard the rest were nonstandard) and 9 French Doors. Your total full service price is $299 minus $149 credit (additional $25 due) = you should of paid us an additional $175; This is how we came to your price: 35 windows total(11 standard and 24 nonstandard windows) minus 23 windows included in the big deal = 12 additional nonstandard windows @ $5 per window = $60 plus 9 French door’s (that were not included in the big deal) @ $10 each = $90 $60 for additional windows + $90 for french doors + $25 for a 2 story home __________________ = $175 additional should of been due, we only charged you $150 additional because your price came to so much more. Again I apologize for the confusion and I hope seeing it wrote down makes more sense than it did when we talked last. We would like to extend a 10% discount off your next cleaning as an apology if you ever decide to use our service again and we will put a card with that offer in the mail to you today. Thank-you Rachel
