I was put on a waiting list for a return call for an estimate. Never received a call. Hired another company.

Atlantic Armor installed hurricane windows and doors at our house in 2015. I meant to write a good review at the time but never got around to it. Recently, our front door lock needed adjusting because the bottom pin was dropping. The original installation in 2015 was great. Lots of good communication and the crew which did the installation was quick, clean and professional. With my recent problem, I called to find out where I could find a door repair company, assuming everything was out of warranty. Melissa had someone from the company ready to fix the door on the same day I called. Because of scheduling, they came a few days later, and fixed my door at no charge. Very, very happy with this company!

First of all, scheduling an estimate was a major hassle. Had to wait a day for them to schedule. When they called, scheduling was not flexible at all. We finally settled on a date/time. The estimator was your classic South Florida "no-show" on the day of the appointment. When I called to see where the estimator was as he was late, the company did not even pick up the phone, Rather, I got a voicemail recording, and could not even leave a message because the "mailbox was full"! In my experience, when you cannot even get a quote from a contractor, and they exhibit this level of incompetence during the job interview stage, the job itself will be an absolute nightmare and ordeal. In my opinion, not only is this company disrespectful (by the utter gall of not showing up for an appointment that I had to take time off of work for), but they are clearly disorganized too. With all of the competition in this space, there simply is no reason to choose a contractor such as this one. Terrible.

This is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I got exactly what I expected and so much more. The owner is honest and easy to work with. He had great communication, was proactive, and did not miss one single detail. The installers were professional and their level of cleanliness is what really sets them apart. They treated my house like it was theirs, taking care to cover everything and keep the dust to a minimum. In addition, they cleaned up every day, including vacuuming the tracks of the sliders. They even framed the inside of my bathroom doors which I was not expecting. Everything came out really beautiful. I will definitely be using Atlantic Armor again and highly recommend them.

Atlantic Armor replaced all my windows and doors with impact glass. The products they sell are high quality and their service was outstanding. They were always on time and easy to communicate with. There installation was fast and they did their best to not leave a mess in the house. Overall I am very satisfied with their service and would hire them again if I ever needed new windows again.

From start to finish Atlantic Armor was very professional, attentive, and courteous. The work was impeccable and the follow up was great.

Everything you would want in a company. Polite, respectful of time, very neat while working. The windows look great, their recommendations were perfect. I would send anybody there way. Their prices were average but their financing option made it possible for us to do the entire house at one time. Honestly, less money than I thought we would pay and the difference in the heat coming though our windows should be showing in our electric bill.

I got a call before they came saying they were stuck in traffic and would be late. Their office is 1/2 a mile from my home. They got here 37 minutes late, then only measured downstairs because they’d “done work in this community before”, so no measurements were taken upstairs. No description on options or pricing was discussed. I was told I would be emailed a quote by the end of the day with a follow up call. I didn’t receive a call, and the email wasn’t sent till the following day, addressed to someone else and the attachment had my name wrong.

We were looking to get Hurricane Impact windows after getting four quotes we went with Atlantic Armor and we're glad we did. During April John came by and gave us a competitive price. Two months later we have our impact windows. Installing the windows took a day and half. A special shout out to Geovane and his co-workers they were all very professional worked hard and did a great job. I would happily hire them again.

They're very good. It was actually the very end of a big project. They're exceptional. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again if I needed to.

We are very happy that we chose Atlantic Armor to install our impact windows & french door. We appreciated that John, the owner came out himself and measured, answered questions, and guided us on the choice of the windows/door. The quote was provided promptly. We feel that the price was fair and the work was exceptional. Everyone in the Company was polite, friendly and followed up on everything. Jason & his installers arrived on time everyday and were very professional, they took care to cover everything and clean up after themselves. They were very detail oriented and made sure everything was perfect, including making any necessary repairs to make sure the windows fit properly and looked perfect. They even cleaned the windows inside and out and reinstalled the blinds after completion. During the process, we appreciated that Chris from Atlantic Armor stopped by each day to make sure everything was going smoothly. The windows & door look beautiful and we couldn't be happier. The job was completed in a timely manner. The City Building Inspector mentioned that the job they did was excellent and he would not hesitate to use this Company for his own home. We highly recommend Atlantic Armor. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

The process went fairly well, though two windows had to be redone due to sloppy workmanship. All but one of the installers (the one who's two windows needed to be redone) were very good. Team was pretty neat and efficient. Nice quality windows and door. Prices, however, exceed that of comparable companies. Caught the foreman talking about us to someone on the phone. Not cool, or at all professional.

They were comparable to the other quotes that I got. They were all in the ballpark. They sell a quality product, but I didn't use them. I picked another company. The other company gave me more information that was pertinent to what I was trying to get done that they didn't address.

They provided a quote for windows and doors. We have not made a decision just yet. If we decide to go with them, based on their price, we would use them again. To be honest with you, we had a friend to used them who said she would not recommend them. That's why we're getting some other quotes. We're not holding that against them. It could just be her. If we decided to go with them based on their price, we would use them again. We found them on Angie's List actually.

They were very professional in the quote, prompt.

We decided to install hurricane impact windows and a sliding glass door after living at our home for 12 years. I got quotes from 7-8 different companies and chose to use Atlantic Armor. I was impressed with the fact that the owner, John, came out to provide the estimate himself and not the a sales person as with the other companies I received estimates from. I had done a lot of research before I began my selection process and John was able to answer all of my questions and concerns in great detail and was able to guide me in making the right decision for our needs and budget. He even met me at his showroom on a Saturday, his day off, to view the product because that was the only time I was available. Atlantic Armor made good on all their promises. Their installation lead time was half the other companies and they showed up on time each day and started on the day they told me the would. All 15 windows and doors were installed in 3 days with the inspection done and completed on the final day without another waiting period. The install guys were all very professional and covered and protected all the work areas that they did work. All questions and concerns were answered and resolved quickly. The best part is that their price was right in line with my other quotes so I got impeccable service and quality installation for the going rate. So glad I chose them and would recommend them to anyone. Our budget did not allow us to do the entry door/sidelight right now but we will definitely be using Atlantic Armor when the time comes.

I highly recommend Atlantic Armor. The product and service performed exceeded our expectations. Roger, our sales representative, could not have been nicer or more professional. He remained in contact with us throughout the process. Our glass door is beautiful! It arrived earlier than expected and the installers did a fantastic job! It passed inspection in three minutes.

We called this company for our impact windows job and they did excellent work, staring from the people at the office to the team of installers...they kept everything clean and organize during the process, inspection passed the first time..we really recommend this company, we are very happy that we make the right choice.

John came out a few days after I called to measure for the estimate and I received it later that day. He told me how long it would take to get the windows and the permit and kept me informed throughout the process. The crew that came out to do the job was great and did a perfect job that was confirmed by the inspector. They replaced four windows, one large picture window with 2 sliding windows on either side and 3 smaller windows and sent someone out to test for lead paint soon after we hired them. They came when they said they would, were extremely professional and we're very happy with the results.
