Start to finish and then maintenance and I am happy every time. As a Realtor I know how important it is to have solid referrals for my customers. Melanie and her team consistently deliver satisfaction!

I left 3 messages over the course of 3 weeks and NOT 1 time did I even get a return phone call! I certainly would NOT recommend them as they obviously are not very reliable or dependable at all!

For the most part we had a positive experience with Artisan. We paid what we feel is strong money for the scope of work completed ($6,000), but we did not have a lot of time to shop around and felt comfortable with their level of knowledge. Melanie and her husband showed up on time and got the work done in a timely fashion. They did have two come on two separate occasions to replace dead plants under warranty and on the last trip, they attempted to charge a $55 fee for sprinkler adjustment. After they did the installation, they made an offer for continued landscape care, which we elected not to take advantage of because of our existing relationship with our day-to-day landscaping firm whom we like. When I advised that I would not be paying the $55 when they were here on property under warranty anyway, Melanie became rude and defensive stating that "we don't work for free" and that "55 dollars is a small price for me to pay to see someone’s true colors" is remarkable rude and unprofessional, thus my C rating. When you charge someone a premium to provide a service, you do not expect to be nickle and dimed after the fact for something that should have been done correctly from the get-go. Please ensure that if you utilize their services, that you iron this out on the front end so that you don't end up in an adversarial situation such as this.
