Henry and his brother and crew were ALWAYS on time. Cleaned up after every dayâ s work. Moved furniture and covered everything really well. They did popcorn removal and smooth coat which was done with hardly any mess They removed and hung new interior doors, replaced some base board and painted walls, trim and doors. All while being clean efficient and respectful of our home

Henry and his crew did an excellent job under difficult conditions on the demolition of two bathrooms in my condo. This involved removal of the walls and ceilings of both bathrooms to enable a thorough appraisal of the level of historical water damage and mold remediation (this is an older condo building). Henry and his crew were very polite and respectful even when the building management made it hard for them to work efficiently. In the event, it was necessary for them to return a second day to remove all of the materials. This was a trying job (high floor, tight workspace, uncooperative building). I am sincerely grateful that Henry did the work to a high quality and with such good humor. I have no reservations about recommending him highly for his work ethic, punctuality, politeness and commitment to quality..

The company does excellent work in a timely manner. Comes prepared with all necessary equipment to Professionally cleanly accomplish the tasks. I have used them on 2 occasions, once for a bathroom tile and once for a kitchen cabinets. I have recommended them to friends who were extremely satisfied with the work performed for them. I will use them again.

I have been working with contractors for 40 years and I will say that Henry Arguetas and his colleagues are by far the best. Henry is professional, personal, knowledgeable, accommodating , neat, expert in his field and attentive to detail.. I couldnâ t be happier with the repair of all my upstairs ceilings after damage requiring duct repair. You would think I had entire new ceilings installed. Henry painted the entire house and was extremely neat, therefore there was little dust to deal with. Henry also fixed my add on list which consisted of some twenty tasks that I needed done after moving to my Lauderdale by the Sea condo full time. I could say a lot more, but I think you now know what a gem Henry is.

Henry did an amazing job on my property! I hired him to remove popcorn ceilings, skim coat, and to paint a few rooms at my house and I loved the final results. One thing he did that I most admire is that he was very flexible with his hours. I have a busy schedule and the evening work best for me so he agreed to come in the evening to work on my house.
