He took it with him, installed a new compressor, brought it back 2 weeks later and it didn't work, he came again said that he fixed whatever was wrong with it and also said it needed a new seal (around the door). It still didn't work, he refuses to fix it until I purchase a new seal for 175.00. Why would I do that if I am not sure if his new compressor will work. He said not to turn on the refrigerator because the compressor will shut off because of the seal ?? When he brought it back initially he said it worked great he had it on his front porch for the two weeks that he had it and it kept water really cold. So I asked him why he turned it on without a seal and why I couldn't of course his bogus answer was "I was monitoring it." He said he will not come to fix it again unless I buy the seal and send him a picture of it, that we can install the seal ourselves. He won't give me my money back -- I offered to give him his useless compressor back but he refuses. Beware, don't call him to fix your appliances!

It went great. It was cheap and fast. They got it right back in service.

I found this company to be very helpful and was ready to order my part and have it installed as soon as it arrived the next day. That is just what happened. The service tech lived in my area and stopped on his way home even though it was after 6 pm and he could have just gone home and done it the following day. I highly recommend them. The word SERVICE should be their middle name!

I called this company to repair a coin operated machine on my rental property that was not functioning. I paid $225 for a new "transmission" on the wahing machine. The very next day the machine would not drain and was filled with water. When I called them, I was told this was a NEW issue and I was charged an additional $95 for a new "pressure switch." 4 months later, I have the same problem, the machine is not draining. When I called Mike and told him this, IMMEDIATELY and without hesitation he dismissed me and said this was not the same problem, that he had installed a NEW transmission. I said that I knew this, but the NEXT day he hit me up for a new pressure switch because the machine would not drain. Again, he insisted this was a new problem. I called the company that usually does my appliance repairs whom I've used for years and trust, but who was not available the last time I needed the repair done. And guess what? Guess what needs to be replaced on the washer? You got it! The TRANSMISSION. I remember questioning the technician from "appliance rescue" about the "new" transmission he was installing, b/c absolutely nothing about it looked new. It looked like a completely used piece of garbage, and lo and behold it was. The bottom line is this company does not stand by their work, not even within 24 hrs of a repair, and certainly not several months later. What's really frustrating is that when I was really angry about having to pay them for another repair within 24 hours of just having done one, the technician said, "well at least you have the equivalent of a brand new machine on the inside." Well, that "brand new" machine lasted me 4 months.

They did a good job and I would highly recommend them. They called me and came out to my house right away to fix my washer.

We noticed a problem with frost build up in the ice dispenser causing the door not to close properly. The company was an hour late for the first call for repairs, causing me to miss an hour of work. Because he was late, and I had to get to work, the operation was not fully checked upon completion. We noticed the same problem with frost build up a couple days later and called them back out. Repair man adjusted the flap and said that problem was fixed. The problem was still there the next day and we called them again. We asked the company for a different technician but they said he was the only one available. He came back out and broke a different part which he had to order. We made arrangements for him to come back out a few days later on Saturday morning so I wouldn't miss any more work. Saturday morning we noticed the freezer and refrigerator were not cooling and called to advise the technician in case he needed to bring anything else. When he called back he said the appointment was for Monday. At this point we told him to forget it and that we would get someone else. When we called the company to complain and suggested that the problems were related the owner went ballistic and called US unreasonable. Terrible experience.
