I am very happy with the result. Jeromy was very professional and pleasant. We discussed the options. He gave me a reasonable price. The delays were due to the 2 permits,- homeowners association and city, and the heavy rains during the time they were working, out of his control. My driveway looks great. The workmanship looks professional, detailed and well done. I definitively recommend and hire them again if I need additional service.

Very well. I had some difficulty in finding a company for this job, and it took a few calls back and forth to connect, but once hired, Anything Asphalt was very professional. My driveway needed more than sealing, but was not bad enough for the major expense of tearing out, leveling, and replacing. Most people I called only did sealing, a couple only took on major projects. Anything Asphalt was able to do an overlay, rolling out a thin layer of asphalt to correct and cover the damages. Company very friendly and work was well done.

I called and I spoke to a lady who was nice over the phone. She quoted me 350.00 over the phone. I wanted to meet with a rep and have them give me a few options to fill the cracks and seal the drive. I waited a week and called them and advised that I never got a written estimate. I had previously provided them my address. The lady apologised and said she would have someone call me to arrange the estimate. I waited another week and never a follow up call or estimate. Wasted my time twice trying to get their services. I guess business is so good they don't need my money. That is good because they wont. They are not responsible and lost a possible job at my place. I would suggest that you look elsewhere.

The initial contact was terrific. I spoke with Sandy -whose real name may be Margaret - and she sounded pleasant and professional. She asked for a copy of my survey and then emailed me a written quote which was reasonable. Despite some initial scheduling issues, the crew finally arrived to do the work. They were pleasant and accommodating, but they did not appear to be particularly organized. They came prepared with the rough sketch of the proposed driveway, but no specific measurements. After 20 minutes of trial and error with a can of spray paint, they finally got the outline to my liking. They were perfectly willing to make modifications as I asked, but I was extremely happy that I was home to supervise or I suspect I would have had an off-center, oblong driveway - as opposed to a centered, circular one. My front yard needed a lot of leveling and I needed to push them on that too. Again, they were happy to comply, but if I was not there to push the issue, they would not have bothered to level the adjacent portion of the driveway to make it aesthetically pleasing. The rock layer passed inspection and the asphalt was poured. The crew were all hard workers and did a decent job. There were a couple of areas that needed minor shaping and leveling, but they fixed them as soon as I pointed them out. At this point,I was reasonably satisfied. Six months later, I developed numerous hairline cracks in the straight part of the driveway that they overlaid, and there were seven golf-ball sized divots that bubbled up on the newly created asphalt. I'm still not sure what caused them but it looks like little white rubbery mushrooms bubbling up and causing the holes. I immediately contacted Sandy via email and asked her to have someone respond. After weeks on no response, my surveillance cameras captured someone coming by to look at the holes and cracks. I got a call from someone two weeks later - not Sandy- saying they'd stop by to fix the problem. Never heard from them again. I left 6 messages and 6 emails for Sandy over a 12 week period and she has not responded ever. A little research indicates that their company was administratively dissolved weeks after our job was complete, and the re-opened later with a slightly different name and ownership structure. I have no idea how much it is going to cost me to fix the problems, but I would not recommend them at all given their lack of any response AND their blatant refusal to stand behind their work product. I am having a tough time figuring out how to post pictures of the holes and cracks, but I will do so as soon as I can figure out how to do this from an iPad.

We just moved into a home, and the asphalt driveway was in desperate need of a resealing. I had called for info last week, and they happened to call me to follow up on the day that I was ready! After arriving, they spent a good deal of time sweeping and cleaning the driveway with a very powerful blower. They then applied the sealant and manually spread it on the driveway with a squeegee. They were very careful, and there was no sealant that got onto the sidewalk. The driveway looks brand-new, and the price was perfect. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anybody with a and quot;greyand quot; asphalt driveway!

They were very dependable and very thorough. We had delays that were not caused by them that were caused by the city and they kept tabs on things and called me and let me know what was going on. I had a good experience with them.

Initial layout was incorrect, and crew listened t me, re-checked the drawings, and agreed with me. I was amazed! There was no drama, just professional people doing the job as if it were their own driveway.

After seeing good reviews on Angies List, I called Anything Asphault in December of 2012 to request a quote for resurfacing my existing driveway and adding on a circular driveway to the existing one. Jeromy Rodgers was the representative from Anything Asphalt who came out to give me an estiimate. Jeromy was very polite and quick to give advice. He emailed me a quote which seemed very fair ($4000.00). We agreed to have them start in the beginning of January 2013, due to not wanting our driveway ripped up over the holiday's. I provided the initial deposit, and the proper permit's were acquired by Anything Asphalt. Work started on the agreed upon date and was completed in a reasonable time frame. The problems began after I saw the finished driveway. Ninety percent of the driveway appeared to be done very well, however I noticed on one portion of the driveway, the asphalt was not anywhere near the thickness specified in the proposal. In the proposal, it was stipulated the driveway would consist of an and quot;averageand quot; of 1.5 inches of asphalt, but on this area where the driveway met the grass, I could see the underlying rock base and the ashpalt on top was barely 1/2 of an inch. I called and spoke with Sandy and told her of this. Sandy told me she would send someone out to look at it, but not to worry as I had a 1 year warranty. Well after about a week, no one had shown up and I now had sprouts of grass growing up through the asphalt in several spot's where the asphalt was very thin. I again called Anything Asphalt and spoke with Sandy. She was very friendly and said she would have someone coming out to look at the driveway and and quot;see if there was really a problemand quot; and fix whatever really needed fixing. So it has now been two more weeks and no one has done anything to address the grass growing out of my new driveway. I have called several times and left messages and no one calls me back. I called Anything Asphald last Monday (2/4/2013) and got Sandy on the phone again. Sandy told me someone had come by the house when no one was home and they did not see any problems. Sandy said someone would need to come out to meet with me personally so I could show them the areas of my concern. I told her I was off from work all that day and she told me she would have someone come by. Well I waited at home all day and no one showed up or even bothered calling. I waited all week for a phone call and never received one. I have to wonder what good is Anything Asphalt's 1 year warranty, when no one will come out to your house to fix anything and all they do is pay you lip service over the phone? Even though I was not happy when I saw how little asphalt was put down on the one area of the driveway, had Anything Asphalt come out and fixed the problem, I would have given them a very good review as up until that point, they had been punctual and professional and done a good job overall. However, at this point I have given up on them honoring their supposed and quot;1 Year Warrantyand quot;. I will start spraying my new driveway will weed killer to kill the grass sprouting through it, and if it keeps growing up through the driveway, I will look for another asphalt company to come fix the problem and then depending on the cost, possibly file a civil suit to recover my expenses. I used Anything Asphalt due to the good price and the good reviews they had on Angies List, but my experience with Anything Asphalt was Anything but good. I would not recommend this company! No company is perfect, but a good company will fix their mistakes and go above and beyone to make the customer happy...Anything Asphalt is not that company!

They were great. They were quick, on time, and did a great job.

I had hired another company from Angie's List, Sandy Sealcoat, to perform the above service. All was fine until the permitting process began and there was an issue with my permit. Apparently 12 inches of my existing parking lot resides on the city right of way, not an impossible task to overcome however well beyond the scope of Jeff over at Sandy Sealcoat. The poor thing couldn't even tell me why the permit was denied, when all you have to do is log into the city website and all the notes are right there. After 8 months of dealing with the city myself to get this resolved, we finally got the end and the city required a bond. This was something I didn't understand so when I asked the city they said my contractor would know exactly what to do. Well, he didn't. He didn't have a clue then proceeded to get testy with me after it was ME that dealt with this permit process for the past 8 months. I lost it. He said it would be best for us to part ways and I wholeheartedly agreed, and then he said he'd deduct the cost he paid to begin the permit process from the deposit I had given him 8 months earlier. When I asked what the amount was he told me I had to look it up myself. This about sums up my entire experience with that company. So I called Anything Asphalt. Sandy had called me after I gave negative feedback on Angies list due to difficulty communicating with them. Because she followed up with me I decided to give them a second chance and it was the best decision I could have made. Sandy knew exactly what I needed in terms of finishing the permitting process and had it resolved in a matter of days with minimal involvement from my end. More importantly the job her team did was outstanding. Every one of them (and there were at least 6 on the job) was personable and professional. They were work horses that had the entire job done in 3 days for a 13 space parking lot that needed to be completely removed and replaced due to tree roots that tore the whole thing to shreds. They even cut back all the roots by hand to prevent them from returning anytime soon. In short, I would HIGHLY recommend this company anyone needing this type of work done. Sandy and her team are truly tops.

After deciding we wanted to get the driveway professionally re-paved, we researched Angies' List, and had several contractors come out and provide us a bid. During this process, Sandy Rogers at Anything Asphalt, was one of the people I spoke with. Personally...I really admire good phone technique. Sandy gave me an education in driveway repaving, that no one else took the time to do. She made me confident in her knowledge, and that translated into me feeling confident about doing business with her company. Sandy arranged to have the foreman stop by the next day to do an estimate, and she e-mailed me the bid. I accepted the bid the folowing day and forwarded a 50% deposit. After Sandy receives the deposit, she calls me to let me know she is starting to put the wheels in motion, however, it is the holiday season, and every town is different when it comes to building permit procedures. I said I understand, and I am a patient person. Good thing I'm a patient person because, the permit was not awarded until 01-12-12. I called Sandy once or twice before Christmas and had my mind put at ease, but honestly....I did not pressure anyone the last two weeks of December. Finally I called Sandy the first week in January and received some good news .... she expects to pick-up the permit any day now! With the permit in hand....the rest is history.... Sandy called to tell me to expect a call from the foreman regarding scheduling. So in a nutshell...the permit was picked up 01/12....foreman calls me 01/14......we schedule job for 01/16.....crew arrives 8:30 a.m.....crew departs 4:00 p.m.....leaving me with a beautiful driveway. They might have finished sooner but I think they underestimated the amount of asphalt my driveway actually required, and had to make a second trip. Sandy called on 01/19/12 to follow up, and also notify me that she arranged for the building permit to be signed by the final inspector.....permit signed on 01/20/12....and I'm a happy camper!

Called this company and gave them all the information they asked for: name, phone #, address, what work I needed done, etc. They first offered to send someone out (which was fine with me), then rescinded that offer and mentioned it would be better to just look up the property online and then call me with an estimate (also fine with me if that's what they wanted to do, I just wanted to find out how much the work was going to cost). Been waiting for more than a week, and haven't heard from anyone or gotten a call from anyone. I kind of got the impression they didn't want to bother with this a whole lot when they said they didn't want to send someone out, but I figured I'd at least hear something from them. Disappointing.

The company arrived punctually, were cordial and professional and worked until completion. They did a good job.

We signed a contract with them in May, 2006, and gave a deposit equal to 50% of the contracted total. Despite getting the permit in June, they did not contact us nor begin work until the end of October. When we tried to find out when they were going to start the job, we were told to call the foreman ourselves to see when he was going to schedule the job. When we received the final bill, they had added $200 to the total for "permit fees". The contract stated that "permit fees are additional" to the price, but the city of Coral Springs only charges $100 for the driveway permit. They did not make it clear to us that in addition to the cost of the permit, they tack on additional charges. We feel that this unspecified extra charge was misleading.
