Description of Work: Perry Birman came to our home to evaluate what we had in mind. He was punctual, honest and knowledgeable. Upon reviewing the situation he determined that it was not worth spending our money for what we were considering. He said that he is a straight shooter (true) and that he looks at our spending money as if he himself was spending the money in terms of assessing the situation. We would definitely use him in the future for our closet needs.

Description of Work: American Built-In Closets designed, built, and installed closet interiors in four large and two small closets in our apartment. Their designs are very responsive to our requirements. They specified a relatively short schedule for delivery of the closets and adhered to their schedule. The closets were installed as they were designed to a very high quality standard. We are very pleased with their work.

He personalizes his work and seems to know what the cleint wants/needs. His installers are prompt and do very good work. When we could not figure out how to move the bars in our new closets, Perry sent his guys out right away. He is all about producing a great product and making his clients happy. You will not be disappointed in American Built-In Closets!

He looked at our wardrobe and took a shoe count. Other companies were charging the same price for prefabricated materials of lesser quality.

The closets were installed over a 5 year period. First the 2 walkins, then the bedroom closet in 2006. When there was a problem 2 years after the first install, company came out and repaired at no charge. I would recommend to anyone.
