Awful.
Description of Work: Cancelled on me twice. The second time it was at the last minute after I had already advised them that I needed them to come and all my plants and grass were dying. He indicated when he rescheduled that they would definitely be there, but yet waited until the very end of the day when it was dark, to cancel on me. Awfully irresponsible and unprofessional. They knew I had held off for over a week to contact anyone else, while my lawn died. Terrible.

We schedule a certain number of service calls on a daily basis. This customers call was for Saturday afternnon. On Saturday morning when we realized we were running late, as some of the previously scheduled customers had additional work that they were not aware of, I called this customer and asked to RESCHEDULE her to Monday and she agreed. She stated her availability would be later in the afternoon. We had a similiar issue on Monday where some of the jobs took longer than we anticipated. We just ran out of daylight. I again spoke with the customer and offered my appologies and offered to come first thing in the morning, but she was no longer interested, and was very irrate with us. If you read all of my previous Angie's Lists reviews, you will see that we provide repitable service. NOT ONE customer that we have done work for has said anything negative about the type of quality of work. We have been in business for 27 years in the Fort lauderdale area because we offer quality services at a reasonable price. It was certainly not our intention to miss any appointment, but WE DID communicate with the customer. Our sincere appoligies and we will continue to strive to offer quality services at a reasonable prices.

Would not change anything.
Description of Work: Always Green gave an estimate of one hour time plus parts to repair a broken irrigation line (gusher) from one of our two older zones. They gave a four hour window of time to arrive which they did two hours into the window. It took them 10-15 minutes to repair and then they tested all four zones. We received a 5% discount on labor for being an Angie's List member. Back in November 2010 Always Green added two zones to our back yard (after a seawall installation) and reworked the zone going around the sides and back of the house. Total cost was $1,145. We got three estimates for the job and selected Always Green based on cost, responsiveness to our inquiries, and our own "due diligence" in checking out prospective businesses. They did a great job and the zones now cover the entire back yard. Always Green even placed a goose float on the line that comes in from the lake. We have no hesitation whatsoever in calling Always Green in the future.
