Always Green Sprinklers

Great service. A bit pricey. They round up to the price of a full hour even if it's 15 min over. Other than that they did good work.

Used them several times. They are honest and nice guys.

Happy with Always Green. When I called, I really thought the (15 year old irrigation pump 1/2hp) had crapped out. Phil was prompt with communications in setting up date and getting the info he needed before hand. Day of..(2) of Always Green guys came out, and found out that the contacts inside the timer unit we're not connected properly. .. Within a short time, a few trips to the breaker box, and rewiring, and the pump kicked on without issue. As it had been a while since the sprinkler system had run, not all nozzels were putting out, so the guys checked each in turn, replacing a few nozzels, and now the system works great. WHile I'd planned on a motor replacement, I was happy they did a good diagnosis first and saved me that unneeded cost. WHEN/IF the pump were to really need replaced, I'd definitely get ahold of this same company in the future.

They came on time and were friendly and professional. They fixed everything in under an hour and explained how to set our timer. we were very happy with the service and price and highly recommend Always Green. I would definitely use them again for any sprinkler concerns!

I called Always Green Sprinklers and spoke with Phil who was extremely nice on the phone. Mike and Lawrence showed up at the designated time and even gave me a courtesy call about an hour before arriving to my house which is very much appreciated. The guys could not have been more professional or nicer. I will definitely use Always Green Sprinklers for all my sprinkler needs and I have already recommended them to family and friends.

They arrived on time and told me that the valve needed to be replaced. A price was quoted that I thought was reasonable and they proceeded with the work. Replaced the bad valve in about 30 minutes an my sprinkler system was up and running again.

The crew was amazing! On time, efficient & knowledgeable. Having just moved into a new home I was anticipating a minor fortune to get the sprinkler system up & running again and was incredibly surprised by their reasonable pricing. Follow up - a couple weeks after the initial visit, I noticed that one of the sprinkler heads was not functioning. My call to Phil was quickly returned and the same crew was at my home that week to fix the issue at no charge. They were great to work with & I would easily recommend them to anyone in the area.

This time of year the company was really busy. The result is that I had to wait 3 weeks for them to come out. I don't know what I would have done if this was an emergency. But Phillip was very nice, came out when he promised and was very professional and totally fair in price. I would not hesitate to use them the next time I have sprinkler problems.

Work was done fast, on time and at a fair price. There were a few delays on our part as we were getting the site ready for them to do their work. But they were patient and worked with us. Highly recommend them for sprinkler service.

My husband and I are quite pleased. One of the worst parts of living in South Florida is trying to get work done when someone says they are going to do it. Prompt, efficient, professional & courteous. I would definitely would recommend them and use them again.

They located the source of the leak, rerouted the pipes which wasn't easy due to tree roots, and did an excellent job.

Everything went wonderfully. Phil was very timely in returning phone calls as well as answering calls on the first attempt which, these days, doesn't happen very often. I called on a Thursday and service was able to be scheduled for Tuesday. Phil gave a 4 hour window, stated I would receive a call an hour prior to arrival and remained true to his word. My issue was quickly assessed by his 2 man team. It was determined to be my water line which apparently was partly under a planting bed containing 3 palm trees and crotons (gotta love that!). I was given 2 options and after being armed with the needed information to make an informed decision, I was told the work was estimated to take approximately 3 hrs. Given the lateness in the day with possible rain coming in, Mike called Phil who said they could come out either Wed between 10-2 or Friday to do the work. I selected Wed, Mike called at 9:08am to say he was on his way. The work was completed within the estimated time. They were conscientious to minimize the amount of damage to the lawn by following as closely as possible to the outline of the planting bed. I went outside after the trench was dug for the re-routed water line so I could better visualize how the work was going to be done. Mike rang my doorbell after a while to inform me he needed to shut off my water for approx 1.5 hours. I asked some more questions once the work was completed so I knew where the elbows were placed and where the new pipes were situated. I was treated respectfully and courteously throughout the entire experience. They helped to adjust a few sprinkler heads as well. Now that my primary issue is resolved, I will be contacting Phil again to schedule some more work in the near future thanks to AGS's professionalism and my positive experience.

Very pleased with the work. The team showed up on time, and didn't dally -- they were in & out with surprising speed. I cannot recall the price, but I recall it being reasonable. The replaced 23 sprinkler heads. Very professional.

I called several companies to try to schedule an appointment and they were all busy, with waiting list of over than a week. When I called Always Green they understood my needs and squeezed me in their schedule early in the following morning. They were punctual, efficient and very professional. The zone valve was broken so they had to replace it in order to check the system. The timer was also broken and needed to be replaced. They located one big leak and several smaller ones. They fixed the broken pipes and replaced/fixed all sprinkler heads.The labor estimate was right on, the workers didn't waste any time and I got a discount for being on Angie's List. I was very happy with the work done and I highly recommend this firm.

My thought at time was their pricing was on the high side. I chose them because of their feedback on the website and they were available immediately. I called other companies and they couldn't come right away and this was a leak on the wrong side of the system so I had a geyser in my backyard that I couldn't shut off. They were nice and professional.

They came out right away to the job. He completed the job that needed done by unclogging the sprinklers. The only problem I had with this situation was that I thought it was a bit expensive for just a couple of hours. I would use this provider again if they were comparable to price with other providers.
